Did you wear jeans with kevlar or just normal, motocycle boots or just casual footwear? I'm not hating or anything, just asking out of curiosity at the end its your choice what you wear. As long as you have jacket, gloves and good helmet its all good ;)
+神奇兔八哥 Depends on what you are planning on doing with them, the Duke 690 isn't the funniest on the highways because of the single cylinder but makes it lovely around town and blasting past cars ;) I haven't ridden the MT-09 so can't say to much about it but I would think it would handle a little bit better on the highways due to 2 more cylinders :) and still make it quite enjoyable around town :) Just my two cents.

Moto fantastica, far 3000 e 4000 giri purtroppo è terra di nessuno. Perfetta per la città, non ti tiene testa nessuno, purtroppo scalda da paura, ai semafori è una tortura

The Mt-09 is more powerful but the Duke has enough power to have fun too!
Duke is more fun I think because of light weight and aggressive torque.
I weigh 255 right now, a little hesitant to buy either with as heavy I am.
