Mines did the same thing a few times after taking it out of charging dock. I just pulled battery out then Re inserted it and I was good to go. I just wish it had 64gb internal memory. I don’t like to record over my footage as I needed some for my job cause I was accused of stealing packages..lol I sent them my body cam footage and it shows otherwise….it came in handy
Liked the video, too bad you didn't test the EIS on 1080p since camera stabilization will usually work better on lower resolutions since it can use more of the sensor to smooth out the motion.
Thanks for the tip. It wasn't mentioned in the manual their website but it makes sense if the Image Stabilization is processor based. Let use of the CPU by lowering image resolution would allow more processing of the image? Be sure to subscribe as I will test that out.
What bugs me about most commercial grade bodycams is that the footage quality isn't as good as a DJI Action cam from 5 years ago or a typical phone for that matter.
It’s a night and day difference compared to Boblov HD66-D7. I used them both at the same time and did comparisons at work while running and quality and the Aegis 300 killed it. The Boblove images are too dark facin sun light and the Aegis 390 adjust really quickly to lighting and I love it. And this body cam I also tested against the CAMMHD 4K cam and this one came out on top. So I sent the other two cams back for a refund and kept the Aegis.
I clicked on Amazon link to purchase this. NOT only does it says "out of stock" but the ratings are bad. Ya ya you might THINK well if it is so bad then WHY bad reviews? There is only FOUR reviews. I would just AVOID this one and move on!
I only saw 1 rating on Amazon. The review said they couldn't get the unit to turn on. Maybe it was a lemon? Or maybe because they tried using a phone Fast Charger. I had a similar issue with mine and their engineer said it shut down probably because of a power spoke and suggested using their USB charger (I was using my phone fast charger). They walked me through a Manual Reset. It's been working fine since then.
