There are actually 2 easter eggs in the Karera MV. The first one is when BINI Mikha faces the Mirror (Salamin), BINI Jhoanna herself said that it's a hint for their next MV when they reacted to Karera MV. The second one is at the end of the video, the part where they transformed into butterflies, the butterflies are shown at the beginning of the Salamin, Salamin MV.

At the end of the Salamin, Salamin MV, the part where the butterflies delivered a letter in a mail box, the background in the mail box is the setting of Cherry On Top MV.
