I haven’t seen their “Golden Arrow” Wish 107.5 video in forever but this is where you can see where Bini’s journey was starting. I was a Bloom since the first day that “Da Coconut Nut” video was released back in late 2020. After a lot of cover performances in ASAP they finally had their debut single “Born to Win” and I was cheering on them especially when they released “Golden Arrow” which was my favorite for months. This wish bus video shocked me like: “Why is there so few people outside the bus?” These girls were (are still) excellent. They performed in ASAP, and Miss Universe Philippines. I live in the Visayas, those at the NCR didn’t know what they have. Well at least here they are now. Proud of these girls as among the first few Blooms. And I insist that I was the first Bloom of Region 6 and among the first 100 Blooms in the world. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥳🥳🥳

BINI no longer have labels. Yes, Maloi, Colet and Jhoanna are still the heavy belters but Gwen is now joining them. In their earlier songs MCJ have the most lines but now Mikha and Aiah, who were initially the visuals, are given more lines and the best parts because of their unique voices. (Mikha and Aiah are to BINI as Ahyeon is to Babymonster). Their voice give the respective groups its identity. No need to see them perform. When you hear Ahyeon's voice, you know right away. Same with Mikha and Aiah. Their identity is no longer their visuals but their voices.
Meanwhile, Sheena, and Stacey are becoming the visuals of the group together with Maloi, Colet, Jhoanna and Gwen. They are not the visuals in BINI's profile but are becoming favorites visually by int'l fans. Especially, Gwen and Stacey. And Sheena because of her moves and wit. Most of their songs have City POP genre of the 80's era popularized by Japan.. That's why its so refreshing to hear but the vocals that made their songs that separates them from other groups..

Strings is my fave Bini song too! It's just my personal type of songs. I hope they do this type of song again in the future. I'm sure they will. Otherwise it will be a bit of a downer if they do the same cutesy bubblegum pop everytime. I mean I like almost all their songs because they're really good vocalists and rappers. I just have a personal preference on things. My second fave is Karera, then Golden Arrow, then Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi, then Cherry On Top, Lagi, Pantropiko, Salamin Salamin. I think Golden Arrow is Colet's personal favorite (judging by the way she performs it, you can see her aura) Bini can pull off any genre anyway, I hope they do more songs to showcase their vocals. Alternate that with songs that can showcase their insane dance abilities too. Bini is a group but almost all of them can actually be on their own as a soloist because that's just how good they are. I'm a Monstiez too, they are similar in terms of skills and talents. But no one can beat Bini's personalities. They're our crazy genuine fun girls. They're just simply who they are on and off cam.
Live singing is still the best to measure how they are really sound compared to record.. I would rather pay live concerts before buying recorded or studio version.. Great talents need support and appreciation..
