    Fixed me for sure. I was rounding and hurting whenever doing these. Started moving away from this exercise 😢. I placed this is front of me before lifting recently and it fixed my issues. NO MORE FEAR!! Awesome!! Thanks Jeremy!

    If your knees buckle during squats there is a PT trick I learned you can do:
    To enhance your knee support during squats, try placing a band around your ankles or knees. The resistance from the band will encourage you to push your knees outward, promoting a more stable squatting motion and better knee alignment. 🏋️‍♂️

    Appreciate you so much man, I’ve had lower back issues starting in middle school after being thrown one too many times bjj. Your videos on the physiological mechanism of muscles and techniques to perform a simple exercises with safety have been so beneficial. No longer will I be the dorito with chicken legs, been hitting legs 2-3 times a week and starting to see some serious strength gains as well as hypertrophy.

    You just changed my life. I haven't been able to feel a squat in my legs or glutes for years.. I've noticed that I lean forward quite a bit when I squat and I can't sit up straighter without falling. Simply elevating my heals just changed everything!! Thank you so much

      You likely lack ankle mobility. Try looking up some exercises for it and do them once a day

      ​@@IamWanderwoman I'm not an expert, but there is a difference. One is fully supported by the ground, and the other is just floating in the air. There is probably a reason the former is better than the latter.

    I heard it somewhere that during squats move your upper body bsck instead of moving knees forward. It prevents knee injury

    I finally understood the bracing thanks to this visual. Applied that and added 10 lbs to my squat this week, felt so much more stable. Now just have to get used to the breathing only at the top of each rep.

    I personally tried both respiratory methods... But imo inhaling while going down and then blocking the full inhaled air and pushing up and exhaling at the last 25 percent of up movement is most beneficial...
