Neat idea! You could also add a tree trunk using the same method/brown fabric... One could also use a small hole punch to create a hole at the top, and make a Christmas Banner using multiples of these, to use across a mantle, etc....
When you gave the measurements in the very beginning the card stock you said it’s 3 1/4 x 8 7/8“. But then in your next breath you said so you’re gonna cut that out at 3 3/4“ x 8 and 7 inches inches.… And then you said the green fabric is 3 1/4 inches wide. I’m confused (which doesn’t take much, and I can usually confuse myself without any help… LOL )
The white cardstock for the background of the card gets cut 3 3/4 x 8 7/8, the green cardstock for the inset gets cut 3 1/4" x 8" and then to make the tree template, the cardstock gets cut 2 1/2" x 6. Thanks for watching.
Love them. Sitting here picking out scraps to make my cards this weekend. Thanks for the idea this year

I love, love this idea!!! I'm such a Christmas fabric fiend anyway, so I have tons and tons that I could use for scraps! Thanks for sharing this.
