@@Brettnet Yes, they are. The Contacts issue is being experienced by a lot of people, and affects a good cross section of our customers. I have a ticket open with Microsoft and apparently it is being addressed by the developers, but it has been a problem for a very long time.

Hi there, I am new to Teams I have watched a couple videos on setting up Folders and Channels. I have no idea what a Loop is and how it reacts. Our account is a non-profit university. We also need to set up a Shared Calendar can you suggest a couple videos to help me find the information?
I start a new post but clicking the plus sign at the bottom of the post, I do not have the collaborate with Loop option. In fact what pops up for me looks very different. Is that because I am using Teams for Workplace?
So we have to subscribe to the Microsoft 365 Business Stantards to get loop integrated in teams right ? I have not subscribed to microsoft or teams for the moment so this formul it is the best way to collaborate with teams ?

When are you bringing back the "alert when available" chat option??? I was very useful when trying too chat with busy co-workers.
I hear Engineering is working on this - should be available in a few months.
New features are pointless without sorting the issue getting your contacts synchronized with Outlook.

There is a new feature of Teams, you can't remove your credentials from the school and work version of new Teams, huge security hole.
I love the “feature” that puts the notification a third of the way up the screen instead of discreetly in the bottom right. Well done Microsoft 🙄
