My dad has a ppl and a comercial license certificate. He had almost 600-700 hours total. He’s flown mainly a Cessna 182 for 8 years than now a home-built Vans RV-10. He can’t fly a multi engine airplane since it doesn’t have a mutuo engine certified license.
