I watched a few videos of you playing the EHB, and they were all very nice and thick-boned. I see that you have changed the PU, and it was quite nice to hear the bright sound it added. ありがとうございます! Hope you'll be as happy with the EHB series as I am. They are so comfortable to play! And I gotta say I prefer the one with the Nordstrand PUs over the Bartolini PUs because of the bright sound you mentioned.
35" versus 37" on the low end tends to do that. that's not to say all 37" sound the same though! Just listen to the differences between the BTB805, Kiesel A2, and a Combustion
