This is why he finds kuroko so special, because kise could copy everyone else’s style of play, except for kuroko’s. Kise could be seen as the perfect player, but if he doesn’t have a kuroko then it would be hugely hindered. This is why takami succeeded, because he had a kuroko by his side, someone who does not have an ego and solely plays to help the team.

I love the part where Kise copied Midorima’s full court shot all the way til the end of the amv. It never ceased to amaze me how Kise can even copy down to the facial expression. Its amazing. And to thing that he’s seen as the weakest player in the GOM. Makes you realize just how strong the rest of them are. I also feel like thr scenes were so well picked that i felt Kise’s anger when the song was talking about being worn out and how he’s done being dragged down. It makes me think about him and Aomine. Especially when Kise goes “i’ll just have to stop looking up to him” after thinking about how he worshipped Aomine.
Kise's potential is the highest among GoM. He started playing in 2nd middle school , while others began really young, for example Aomine who started playing in his childhood. Still Akashi rocks xd

Kise acted like a protagonist, what with him so passionate with basketball just as much as Aomine even though he only started playing 3-4 years ago, he didn't miss practice unlike Aomine, he admits that he is seen to be the weakest, he fully wants to be better than he is now. When he was defeated in that practice game with Seirin, he becomes humble and genuinely wants to become stronger than he is for his team. The reason why he doesn't win is because he's not the MC and that's why I dislike KNB and Seirin
