Hi, this is Kasturi from London. I started my home catering business by name Bengaluru Junction here in London one and half years ago. And I'm sorry to say, what you said in this episode that jowar rotti hasn't reached west is WRONG. Because I'm proud to say that I'm serving our North Karnataka Special thaali Jowar rotti here in London. 😊

Nice to learn, Kasturi, that you are serving the Jolada Rotti in London. In the show, our conversation dwelled on our thoughts that a Jolada Rotti Oota should do well overseas in places like London where people have not yet seen it on a scale like they have other Indian cuisines. I hope you can change that perception with your catering business, and wish you the very best. Cheers!
