Here's some tips: - the flashlight is really good at it doesn't get consumed when there is no batteries, try to buy it in pre shop run - flashlight is also a good item to put in the rift to economize knobs, even empty, you will find batteries next run. - crucifix is also good option if you kept it - another item to buy pre shop run are the lockpicks, so you can open chests. - use a lockpick when you are in dark rooms, they're a pain, and screech is as well - if you are lost in dark room, guiding lights will light up the way for you after a minute. In greenhouse, go to closet, use candle wait a bit then go to next room. Rince and repeat. Keep in mind that rush opens doors where another can spawn... Be aware. I recommend using the candle only in last 10 doors - skeleton key to infirmary is always worth, you get your money back. Great tips but one thing to note is that when u buy things from Jeff’s shop u get less knobs when u complete the game or die so it doesn’t matter if u get the coins back from the skeleton key because u will end up getting less knobs anyway

Some tips: 1. The breaker switches are not always spawned on the top Sometimes all of them can be found in the bottom, so check the bottom area carefully first 2. The electrical room can also be opened with a lockpick (if you have one) 3. 2:35 Yes but if it's possible, try to get both the skeleton key and the crucifix. Also 'healing permanently' means entities which don't instantly kill you like Screech, Eyes, Halt, Snare, and Timothy if they attack you then you can heal, but with entities like Rush, Ambush, Seek, and Figure they will instantly kill you 4. If you are dealing with Dupe then remember the fact that Dupe erases the number on the door and the key after some time, so it's best to instantly check the door number when you open a door 5. It's not compulsory to go to the Rooms, its basically like a side quest. Also the A-1000 is actually called 'The Rooms' and it has 1000 rooms (as the name says) and beating it takes almost 2 hours so it's your choice to beat it but after A-200 (after 200 rooms from the starting room A-000) an exit will appear anywhere after A-200 so if you want to exit playing rooms then either you can go to the exit or just die by any entity. 6. A-60 is very fast so you should very quickly hide in a locker as soon as you hear a growing static noise, with A-90 you should stop immediately you see a face on the screen (that's A-90), with A-120 if you hear some static noise then again hide in a locker until the sound ends (after the sound ends wait for like 5-10 seconds and then exit the locker) 7. In the seek chase when you open a new door in which you have to guess a new door then always look to the left or right first and then vice versa if the guiding light is not on the door you are looking at (but only do this if you can move your camera quickly) and if the guiding light is neither on the left door nor the right door then the guiding light will be on the door straight ahead

I would say bring a lockpick to door 100, since you wont need the key for the breaker room. my route is unlock it, get the pieces from the base area, and then go upstairs.

the healing plant is almost useless beucase the only things that do damage are the spider dupe screech and eyes and those are easy spider doesn't matter dupe you can just count screech when you hear him just look around not that hard bro eyes just look down all in all the plant is useless and even then you can just find a bandaid i mean sure the cruxific isn't usefull eather but atleast it can stop you from dying even if you really don't need to use it atleast it has a use that is usefull while the skeliton key to the healing plant is pointless it's like doing a side quest and the npc gives you 5 wood but over there theres a tree with 10 wood
the skeleton key can get you into the rooms and also the herb of viridis is invaluable even if you be very careful you can still mess up also snare can pin you and damage you so the herb of viridis is useful there and yeah you don't pay attention to the door number that's just a trick of our brain, the door number is often saved in our short term memories we only remember key things such as door 50,90-99 and of course door 100 so most people can forget the door number they are in and eyes is glitchy it can spawn without warnings some times and timothy is inevitable if you are farming knobs (since you need to open all the drawers) also bandaids are not very common AND you need to open drawers which increases the chance of timothy attacking you. so take my word for it

I was playing with my friend and in the seek chase my friend died but I survived by using vitamins and in the figure doors my friend got board and he told me to play bed wars with him but I want to complete figure and I did it alone that was my second time I did figure first time did with my another friend

candle is the worst item in doors for dark room just use a lighter or flashlight and for the green house just use your ears it's nhot like he only makes a sound when your in snare it's just louder when your snared but he always makes a soud and with candle you can't see snare candle is the worst item somehow the devs made an item worse then the lockpick
bro firstly the lighter is the worst light source secondly since its always raining in the hotel the sound of rain pouring can cover the sound of rush also lockpick is a timesaver item. the devs made it so the game doesn't become to repetitive as its already takes a lot of time to get the key from large rooms and the candle is definitely better than the lighter as the candle as it has almost the same amount of light production AND no one uses the candle for light it is generally used in the greenhouse to get a warning against rush or screech (eyes will make it disabled so i do not recommend using the candle in a room with eyes) so there you have it.

the skeleton key can get you into the rooms and also the herb of viridis is invaluable even if you be very careful you can still mess up also snare can pin you and damage you so the herb of viridis is useful there and yeah you don't pay attention to the door number that's just a trick of our brain, the door number is often saved in our short term memories we only remember key things such as door 50,90-99 and of course door 100 so most people can forget the door number they are in and eyes is glitchy it can spawn without warnings some times and timothy is inevitable if you are farming knobs (since you need to open all the drawers) also bandaids are not very common AND you need to open drawers which increases the chance of timothy attacking you. so take my word for it

candle is the worst item in doors for dark room just use a lighter or flashlight and for the green house just use your ears it's nhot like he only makes a sound when your in snare it's just louder when your snared but he always makes a soud and with candle you can't see snare candle is the worst item somehow the devs made an item worse then the lockpick

bro firstly the lighter is the worst light source secondly since its always raining in the hotel the sound of rain pouring can cover the sound of rush also lockpick is a timesaver item. the devs made it so the game doesn't become to repetitive as its already takes a lot of time to get the key from large rooms and the candle is definitely better than the lighter as the candle as it has almost the same amount of light production AND no one uses the candle for light it is generally used in the greenhouse to get a warning against rush or screech (eyes will make it disabled so i do not recommend using the candle in a room with eyes) so there you have it.

Avoiding Monsters:
-Screech:it will warn you with a "psst" and a noise sound, once you hear it, look around you, if u saw him,directly stare at him.
-Eyes:It will make a unice sound,once you hear it,look down or left or right, dont stare at it.
-Timothy:U cant avoid him,he appears in drawers,he does 5 damage and jumpscares you.
-Hide:To avoid him, try not to stay a long time at the wardobes or else you will get kicked with 40 damage.
-Window/Sally:U cant,he appears in windows.
-Glitch:He appears when ur far than ur group, or, a room failed to load correctly.
-Rush:he appears when lights flickers 1 time for 2 seconds, once u see this, find a wardobe and hide.
-Ambush: same as rush,he just comes back for 1-6 times
-Seek:First Seek Chase Door 30-40
2nd seek chase door 80-90
How to avoid:follow guiding light,go fast
Recommend use vitamins.
-Figure:do not make a sound !

Use Candle in last 10 Doors.
Use Flashlight Better than lighter, if u dont have a lighting source,wait for guiding/curious light.

Before you enter library and Electrical Room, try to have full health,the lower health u have, the faster heartbeat u have,that will make figure chance to catch you increases!!
Crucifix TIPS:
-Never use it on rush, u will just lose a crucifix for an easy monster.
-Before u enter door 100 at cutscene, hold crucifix on ur hand, stun figure, lockpick the power room, find power parts,do the minigame, run to the elevator.
