Finally WeightLifting 🏋‍♂ ,There's some Other more Amazing Lift in Snatch and Clean&Jerk on Olympics Rio2016 like TianTao from China on -85kg Class ,He failed Snatch and Clean&Jerk First and Second Attempt but somehow managed to get the Last Third Final Attempt on Higher Weight .Even Kianoush Rostami beat TianTao with same weight but still so MindBlowing

…and then there’s that Hubbard “guy” destroying women’s weightlifting 🥴🥲😂

Currently, there is a fact that Japan inserted Dokdo into the Tokyo Olympic torch relay map of 1964 and manipulated it. The Tokyo Library has removed this map from its website. It was confirmed that there was no Dokdo in the three Olympic maps hosted by Japan. Based on this fact, the Korean government again sent a 'letter of protest' to the International Olympic Committee and the IOC. Japan is making Russia angry by drawing the Senkaku Islands on a map. Dokdo belongs to Korea. ioc must be fair.

This has nothing to do with weightlifting... 🙄

I'm looking at the great efforts of female athletes. And start feeling sorry for them for the situation in Tokyo. Where some medal might go to the charlatan from NZ.

If Hubbard dominates Weightlifting in Tokyo, then the IOC will have to do something about Trans men entering the Olympics. People born as men have muscles that women aren't able to achieve.

Lifting weight is not recommended to everyone who is planning to engage in sports. It is harmful to your body. It makes human shorter beyond your imagination. And lots of other injuries.

Yeah, that's why almost every serious athlete does some type of weight training...

Like already said, evere athlete does weight training to prevent injuries and max out performance. Besides that, the myth that lifting makes you shorter got debunked, if done under supervision its even for kids healthy because they get denser bone mass and prevent injuries...
