    Since this is a video about developing roots, it would help to see the roots that have developed on these specific cuttings.

      So nice of you to say that, thank you so much. Hi Ruma, welcome to the channel, please make sure you are subscribed and keep up the support. About your question- may I also know when you say indoor you mean under the porch/cover basically in shade or you mean in a closed room with AC and with only filtered light? Under the porch or in shade it will grow well, no problem but flowering would have issues, because that would need sunlight. Even if you grow in shaded area, it will find sun- grow in a particular direction until it can feed on sunlight. Growing method- it would be the same as shown here-

      It will not survive for long if placed inside a room. So I would suggest find a conducive place for it to flourish. Anything else, please let me know. Thank you again.

    So genuine and helpful. Can I use rooting harmone ?

      Thank you so much Anas, once again! I am delighted that you did enjoy the video.
      You can use rooting hormone, however, Cinnamon Powder works great both as a rooting assistant and fungicide! I have been using it for years and works all the time.

    Hi there, what's the best soil for Bougainvillea plants?

    • @GauravChhikaraGardenDubai
      @GauravChhikaraGardenDubai  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Jane, welcome to my channel, please make sure you are subscribed. About your question- it depends really- the location, rain, temperature, et cetera also, is it about starting a cutting, that too big or small or is it about the 6 months+ bougainvillea, already growing. Moreover, is it the heavy flowering one or not, there are so many things you got to factor. Without all this information- I can only recommend you to get a mix- 1/3 of each cocopeat, garden soil and sand......and fertilize every 2 months. Cheers!!

      Hello!! Wow, great to have you here. Welcome.
      Yes, I added a teaspoon of Cinnamon powder to a litre of water and then let the cuttings sit in this solution for about 4 hours. if there is anything else, please let me know and we can discuss it further.

    Help tell which month would be best to grow from cutting? Location: UP India.

    • @GauravChhikaraGardenDubai

      🇮🇳🇦🇪 Uttar Pradesh, you are so lucky with the climate, any plant would love that kind of temperature.
      Simply avoid harsh summers and the best time would be spring or monsoon. To sum it up all, only start Bougainvillea cuttings when the temperature range from 18 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius, less or more than that would have an adverse effect on the success.
      I wish you a lot of energy and luck to grow loads of plants for your garden.
      If there is anything else, as said earlier, always share and we will have a discussion.
      Hi Anas, welcome again! Please make sure you add this channel to your subscriptions list and leep enjoying the videos that interest you. Thank you! Have a great time raising plants.

    Hi Sir, How long it will take for the roots to come out? Then if it has the roots already can it be transferred right away or still need to wait for a certain period?Thank you.

    • @GauravChhikaraGardenDubai
      @GauravChhikaraGardenDubai  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Alexes, welcome to the channel. Please make sure you are subscribed (in case you haven't already)😊 and keep up the support.
      I would suggest if you are starting a thick Bougainvillea cutting then do it in a pot which will be good enough for one year at least. These big cuttings are quite delicate when it comes to roots- so transplantation should be avoided for one year because roots need time to grow to hold them into a successful plant. If there is anything else, please let me know!! Thank you. Cheers!!😊😊
