It truly helped me stay in my own little zen and I believe helped towards me have a smooth delivery. Labour is something that require all your energy and I couldn't have focused on music with lyrics or too many instruments. Your music is so peaceful and allowed me to put calmer energy and focus all my energy into my labour. I listened to much of your music during pregnancy and found the length of this one perfect for putting on repeat through labour. Thank you again.
