@@Thefitty Yup, my daily life is a ritual since I do things at the same time each day for waking, saying good morning to sunrise, eating time, working, reading time, sleeping time, etc. I feel that when I've started getting up and out at sunrise my whole life has changed into a ritual, which is wonderful. It gives me a lot of energy to meditate and stay connected with the flow of the natural world. It's similar to the animals all around us, they have their daily rituals, too. It changes with the seasons, as do I. Hope you find what you're seeking.

@@Thefitty I go to bed at 10pm each night and wake up about 5am or earlier depending on the day. Sunrise is around this time during summer. It seems that getting out in the sun sometime around 6-8am makes me go to sleep automatically around 10pm. I've read it has to do with the circadian rhythm we naturally have like all animals. It's fascinating! I've just started doing this two months ago.
In the middle of an insane storm.. I'm sitting down to meditate.. I press play on this video.. and all of a sudden the sun comes out 🙌 just for one golden minute.. divine!
