Just found out that this beer is sold about 30 minutes away from me. Never tried it, too many negative comments that I have read about Black Label. I do like to try some different beers, Altes is brewed in Detroit and surprised me being good as it is. I will seek out Black label, will finally give it an honest try. Understand that Goebel beer might be in the area as well.
Haven't seen this anywhere in a decade or longer. When i lived in suburban Atlanta then (now in coastal VA) some establishments sold cans of this as their cheapie instead of PBR or whatever. I remember it was a good clean adjunct lager and would buy it without hesitation if i came across it again. Side note, my dad used to have this in the fridge sometimes in the 80's when $$ was tight and saving money vs Budweiser, Michelob, etc.
Best selling beer in South Africa
Pretty good in my opinion, cheers man!
no lies were detected!
Zamalek
That was the kind of Beer your dad drank back in the 70's, like Pabts Blue Ribbon. The cool beers was Miller, Coors, and Budweiser.
I wish this beer was sold in Louisiana.
I was really suprised to see it in my area too
My friends dad back in high school had endless 12 packs of this in a barn. We drank em with Blatz and we would get sick every time the morning after.

The drink of CHAMPIONS!
Black Label is the Wild Irish Rose of beers. If it's possible to make a worse beer, no one has found the recipe to do it yet.
Where on the East Coast are you? Where did you find this?
I found this beer at a liquor store called Heritage liquors in Cranston Rhode Island, cheers man!
