    If camera animates but stays at same location, I would recommend rendering out one big panoramic image instead.
    Figure out what size and angles are required to cover your need, then simply do the animation in post.
    Any post processing has to be done in post to avoid embedding "screen space/oriented effects" into image.
    Rendering out twice or with light passes, you can fade from daylight to nightlight mid animation, which can look good I guess.
    I'm doing other stuff, but I think this trick could save a lot of rendering time for these parts of animation for archviz as well.
    Be careful attempting this if using a proper camera control rig, as the (off axis) sensor tend to move in these situations.

    YESSSS, I ain't first, but i'm hella early. I am a fan of this channel. Such useful content, and such diverse content, unique. I plan to soon buy your vray course, though I'd prefer SOA, your course seems more doable atm. Keep up the great work, will keep supporting and dropping likes, shares and views! Much Love

    Good idea is create path and then animate camera and/or target to follow the path. Later when edit/animate the path, it change camera view.

    I adore your videos and content and the way you explain, i am an architect at first stage, so i am planning to learn sketchup and vray for sketchup, so later on i want to learn 3ds max and other stuffs, can you tell me how many years are ahead of me to learn them perfectly, like when i go to sleep, i think of it, and when i wake up still think of it, i am so passionate to learn them, and in other hand my eyes are getting worse because i spend alot to learn, why this passion pulls me so hard to my dream, neither i don't know, but i feel like it is the best for me to continue learning, i hope you give me advice :)

      Thanks for your kind words :) It's really hard to answer this question because everybody has their own learning time. So for one person, it will be a few months, for another it can be years. I think that the key aspect is how do you learn, so do you do this on your own or you use the help of others (private tutor, classes, online training etc.). In my opinion, if you want to learn the software in the most productive way, it’s better to learn from others who know the software well. Remember that even when you know the principals, still there will be things to learn during the years. We’re still learning too - new software features, options, plugins and so on… I would say it’s a constant journey :) But if you have a great basis, this journey is much easier and friendlier :) In terms of the eye issue, you can try to look outside the window every hour or so for a few seconds and make a few minutes breaks during your time on the computer. It may help:) Good luck! :)

    Is dolly simillar to zoom ???

    • @OldGamingGeezer
      @OldGamingGeezer 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      A dolly is similar, however it is very different. In a zoom, the camera is stationary, and the lens is zooming in, changing the field of view. You get no parallax, depth perception with a zoom. With a Dolly, the camera is moving forward or backwards, the field of view of the lens does not change.
