That's so unfortunate. This is completely RERA'S(Noida authority) FAULT. M3M is not at fault. On one side they want to make NOIDA an international city and on the other hand they are playing these games with such a good builder. With these kinda things, big and trustworthy builders will pull their hands from buying lands in Noida. That's totally unfair.

This is a 100% failure of Noida Authority and M3M is not the only one impacted. Other builders are also lined up. Who will invest in NOIDA? If the uncertainty is even after receiving all approvals and allotment then what other thing to expect from Noida Authority. This is second instance for me in Noida and for sure the last investment in Noida atleast.

Why M3M is not approaching Courts?
Hey Suruchi, they will, if it doesn’t settle amicably.
I really feel that, this case should not go to Court rather, settled outside because this is a clear mistake of Noida Authority and they need to rectify the invalid step which they have taken already. If this case goes to Court then it will unnecessarily delay the project and loss for the investors.
You think m3m will be the winner in this legal fight ?
I am sure that M3M will win atleast in this case. Developer might have done something wrong during bidding process but once that's allocated then this step clearly shows that Noida Authority is seeking more money rather punishing their own employees who were part of this allotment process.
