Barriers become easier once someone proves them to be possible
@@TheMatsValk This is very profound
Once the barrier is broken everybody starts achieving it xd
@@lachlancooke I mean would you rather break a barrier without knowing it's possible, or break a barrier knowing others did it too
Welp..its like any other speedrun games..everytime it getting faster and faster eventually it become impossible to break
wow maybe roux isn't so bad, * starts practicing it*
th-cam.com/video/xchJvOi28wc/w-d-xo.html
tbh roux and cfop are about the same speed but roux still has a lot of improving potential cause very less people use it
That's what I thought when I saw someone fail a sub 4
It's very fun to use and there's not so much algs
I use Roux for OH
@@urielfranciscofloreslozano5149 I consider to switch to roux but I avg low 9 and was sub 9 at a point but I got slow because of a break and I don't want to lose my progress with cfop

CFOP Solvers: Roux looks like magic!
Roux Solvers: Yeah. We know how it works, but it looks like magic to us too.
This guys are eventually proving WIRED wrong !
WTF !!!
CFOP solvers are really sweating hard!
Not really. Wired said why it's ALMOST impossible to solve a Rubik's cube in less than three seconds. That entire prediction was based on the average move count of a CFOP solve and the maximum average TPS that is achievable. This solve was 27 moves. Lucky scrambles and insane inspection abilities are why this is happening. By no means am i discounting this skill, i'm just sick and tired of people not understanding the point of Wired's video.
I remember many years ago Feliks himself said that we would probably get at least to sub2.5 avgs(not sure if that's avg5 or global), WIRED was just showing how hard it was, and considering only a few dozens of people out of 8 billion population can do that is a good example of near impossible
Hey guys, I am not saying that WIRED was wrong. But as they said that it was almost impossible, this Cubers are making it possible with their awesome skills...
Sorry if you took it in a wrong way.
I know roux myself very well, god its is good when you know how to use it.
Please make a video on Leo Borromeo’s 2.78 seconds solve

When the first person ran a mile under 4 minutes, like 30 people did it right after him even though everyone said it was impossible. Now that Max Park has gotten a sub 3. Many others are reaching the same times.

A two with Roux, woohoo! I am now justified as a Roux user
I love how he always uses the same cube the person uses
Ooooo
roux
Guys I think rough might have more potential than CFOP, if only a very small percentage of cubers even use Roux and we're still getting singles this fast and amazing averages (Kian Mansour for instance, not to mention how good Roux is for OH). And this is all coming from me, a CFOP user, who like most of you, will probably use CFOP for life (I already have for many years but to be fair I'm young so if I really wanted to it's definitely not too late for me to switch, nor is it for any of you). Considering how little attention and recognition Roux gets, I think it's a very underrated method and will continue to surprise us CFOP users with what could be accomplished with it.
Can you breakdown Leo's 2.78 single?
0:03 this is us when we get an F- In our exams
this is the #rouxvalution
I cube for almost 6 years and I think I will never get how people are able to solve the cube with this method

Don't know about 2.81 but with someone like tymon or Matty it could have been atleast a low 4
With roux there is less learning but a lot of optimisation involved
You have to be creative with your solutions (mostly effeciect block building) to be as good as fahmi
With CFOP less creativity and block building is involved but you have to learn a lot of algs
Including some of the advance F2L ones as well
Dude both are fun if you are creative with you solutions and you always try to do something new with you solutions
If you have a very monotonous way of solving then it doesn't matter what method you.use you'll eventually get bored of it
❤️❤️
Do a breakdown of Leo's 2.78.
How is everyone getting 2s?
I don't know
@@cubetheory3591 4s are normal now. People are getting 4 second averages. I didn't think 2.8 was possible, but people are actually doing it. The cubing world is just on another level. Wonder if it is a result of coronavirus.
@@courageouscuber9278 my. Best. Solve : - 30. Seconds
I personally thought that Roux hit its limit with 4 or 5 secs. This guy proved me wrong.
Though, the scramble was the Roux Equivalent of YuSheng Du's scramble... so many "skippy/easy" steps that all it needed was a Fast & Fluid Solver.
