I wondered what the background noise was 🐕
The resin needs to be checked for mould lines etc, then washed with a toothbrush in warm soapy water to get the release agent off.
Then when its dry, you can spray undercoat them prior to painting them 😜
There's plenty of tutorials on painting miniatures on Ewetube

I adore the models, manticor aesthetics is something else! But I do feel the game is slightly overpriced, I think it should have been around 80 to 99.99 USD. Same problem with the individual "warbands", 60 bucks for 9 minis?! A warcry warband from GW of all places is 50 bucks. I hope there is a sale or something in the near future so I can get into the game.
