The REGEND of France has arrived. My favorite Assassin in Stay Night and my personal favorite Assassin since his 'history' in Stay Night has him as just a normal human compared to the other Servants who were Demi-Gods on top of the fact that he performed what should be 'impossible'.
Arthur's NP has a damage buff but his NP isn't as great since it's an AoE instead of a Single-Target which means that the overall damage isn't so great. Plus Arthur's skills aren't so great for a Saber outside of the NP increase. Star Gen is best for Assassins and Lancers, not for Sabers, he should have had a skill that ignores defensive buffs instead of a skill that increases his Star generation. In consideration, Nero and Mordred are somewhat better as the former ignores defensive buffs and has the perk of being the best Saber for survival and the latter actually does more damage to any Artoria, including her Archer version which takes less damage from Sabers. Kind of sad since Arthur in lore, is stronger than Artoria and his Noble Phantasm is in general much stronger but in-game isn't as strong as Artoria.

He needs a few grails. and the CE Demonic Bodhisattva. It has a huge impact on him. Sucks that it is a 5 star CE. But it makes him far better. As for if they buff him, His skills in Jekyll form need to be better. Or they need to build NP.
Sorry TH-cam notifications are awful... What's good with him is very much based on the enemy you are fighting. Hard to point to a specific unit. Best advice I can give is just have good general options like Shielder, Hans and David. for support and Robin Hood & Cu for general use.
BB, Mashu and Merlin support. Cleared no CS no deaths. Just time your skills well and manage enemy NP bars, especially Da Vinci's since you cannot survive without Invulnerability or Guts
I have all the servant you mentioned, tho my Merlin is like 6/6/8 and my BB has all her skills at 1/1/1 and I didn't give her the fou yet, should I borrow my friend BB lvl 100 with all her skill maxed out or use my BB and get a Merlin with his skill maxed? Also what CEs should I use?
My Servants were all 10/10/10 for skills, I'd say BB is more important to get her skills maxed otherwise the stun won't proc reliably and the heal will be low. Merlin is fine unmaxed, it'll just take you one turn longer of stalling to get his invuln up. Mashu also helps taking mobs' NP without taking too much damage. My BB had LB event damage boost CE, while both Mashu and Merlin had 2030
Yo green, is regend any good? I see many people using and grail him but people in the internet said that regend is worthless because there are many better assassin than him. What your opinion?
He is very good IF you grail him. He has a very good skill set. The issue is he's stats are so low he can't use it. So if you don't grail the crap out of him he won't get much value out of he's own kit. One big boost to grailing him is he keeps he's 1 star team cost. So it frees up the rest of the team to be higher stars or bring better CEs. Pretty much he is amazing boom for your buck if you grail him. That being said if you don't REALLY like him it's prob not worth that many grails. Other assassins can get the job done without needing grails. (They wil cost more team points tho)
