The Road to 56 Tutorial for Ireland

Trying my hand at a tutorial for playing Ireland in the Hearts of Iron 4 mod, The Road to 56.
Ireland doesn't have a lot of industry or manpower, and we're right next to a major power. We also have two major debuffs to our politics and industry until mid 1937 at the earliest. All of this means that playing as Ireland requires a defensive support playstyle.
