@@sarahcellblockh1562 No, I have no issue if it's two people who have children of their own finding love. Lots of single mothers with children from a young age (like the case is with her) are not looking for a partner, they're looking for someone that is first and foremost going to provide for her and her children. Having that goal is fine, but lots of single men with no children aren't aspiring to be like that. I hear of so many stories of women with no children going on dates with men who have children who are looking for a mother to their children.
If you were single and had no children, would you want to be viewed first and foremost as parent to the children of your potential date? I doubt it. But this is not to say people with children are evil, or that they don't deserve love. They can date people in a similar life situation as them.

@@caitlinmcdonough4345 Something like that. I was watching it on catchup yesterday. First full episode I've watched in a while. He was on the phone to a friend (talking about the football) and then it looks as though the friend asks about the date and he says "I'd say about a 6 and a half". It may have been in a different context but that's how it sounded. Besides that, he also outright tells the waiter that he doesn't fancy her and would prefer her to be taller and slimmer. Each to their own and all that but he just could have been a little bit more polite about it.
He said she was a 6.5 and said he wanted someone taller and skinnier, I thought he was an absolute prat!

But again, this clip didn’t show the bit from the episode where his own words came out of his mouth being degrading about her etc and unchivalrous about the bill. I’m sure he’s not all bad, but they weren’t very attractive moments for him.

Near the end of the date the same waiter he asked about the score, asked him what he thought of her he said she's not his type. He wished she was taller and slimmer and the waiter made a face at him. That was the real highlight of the episode

I loved the woman, her smile, eyes, hair, personality. The guy was also good looking and very pleasant and easygoing. However, I didn't appreciate his checking out the football with the waiter. You're on a date (especially a first date) with a woman: she should be your only focus at that time - at least that's how I feel! One more thing about the woman: she has two children. That's great for her, but guys may react in two different ways. Some men may think it's wonderful that she already has kids, but others (the majority, I suspect) may feel like the woman's kids will always be top priority for her - not him.
