We have an aging squad and should be looking to bring in replacements over the next three windows to replace the likes of KDB, Ederson, Bernardo, Walker etc. I know we can’t lose all the experienced players at the same time but over three windows that can be managed, especially if Pep was to stay beyond the end of next season. As for younger players who want to move on for some reason then make it clear we will only accept top dollar for them but if that is offered then they can go. Age, and unrest, we can’t afford to be doing nothing.

While Musiala is an incredible player, I just think he has a much too similar style to Foden and I can't see him complimenting Foden. I think a player like Florian Wirtz is a better option. But there is absolutely no way Man City will pay 140 million for a single player, that's out of the question. Maybe 100 million, possibly 100 + 10 in add-ons, but nowhere near 140. It's not the clubs MO when it comes to transfers. If Musiala and Wirtz are too expensive, I can see Man City going for cheaper options like Dani Olmo and Eberechi Eze.
