Just one correction, Yves: The CBD is not considered the "rich" part of Nairobi, but it's where most of the government offices are. As a matter of fact, wealth has fled the CBD for neighbourhoods mostly on the western side of the city. The high value corporations and multinationals are on Upper Hill just a few kilometres from where you were standing at 10:45 (you can see some buildings in the distance at 41:23) , which is like the financial district of Nairobi. Love these walking tours, btw.

I read it is difficult to take pictures in Nairobi because the police stop you. (Is this true?) How was it possible to shoot the video?
back in the days yes, but legislations were changed that removed licensing of street photographers, streets on nairobi are now full of young street photographers every corner. Content creation has also gone main stream become a source of income for thousands so vlogging doesn't look strange or attract stares like it used to back in the days when it was least known.
