Hey, that depends if you play 1P, 2P or 4P RPVE and what Level (RPVE 6-9 and 10 are different). I think Fire and Ice have the best overall starters on T1 and for finishers I would prefer Pure Fire or Nature/Nature/Any/Any (because of Lifestream)
