Planning decisions of the Amber project are best for the location of the house on a narrow plot. From this, the location of the main premises and their functionality were not negatively affected in any way, and even vice versa, as is the right thing to do when designing houses: to pull out the most valuable thing from this situation.
So, at the entrance we are met by a huge and functional hall, on the left hand we have a large dressing room, on the right is a bathroom, a very convenient and practical solution. Then there is a staircase to the second floor, a very voluminous fragment of the house, because it has a second light and connects its two window blocks, located on a non-priority side, but at the same time having more than sufficient lighting for this fragment. Then we find ourselves in a combined kitchen with a separate barn and a guest room with large panoramic windows, some of which allow you to open and get to the terrace. The terrace has a partial overlap, but it is invisible and fits into the architectural tandem of the whole house.
On the second floor there are two rooms, but both have a wardrobe and bathrooms. This decision completely depends on personal preferences, because for a house of such an area it may seem that there are not enough living rooms. But for this, we still have the option of individual design of houses for the possibility of a similar interpretation of such things.
