I'm born and raised in Houston, never new they had APT that expensive wow🤔 you can rent a House cheaper than that, my friend rent a 3 bed room house in Humble, TX for 1600 month

Yeah its getting up there. But to be fair you cant compare living in Humble to Rice Village Houston. Very different neighborhoods and experiences. Thanks for watching!

The apartment was cute, but not worth $3,000 - plastic floor in the shower was a turnoff and I don't like carpet.
