This is a very good example / instruction on how to work with store bought pizza dough, I know a lot of people don't let it come to temp and proof a little before working it and the shaping technique is great too, I hope more people find this video, I have see some seriously and truly abysmal and ridiculous videos with 100K views just because they may be a little Y.T. famous or turned it into a review/reaction vlog which seem to be the standard for products these days. Thanks, and keep it up.
Thank you so kindly for doing a video on Trader Joe's brand pizza dough specifically. Haven't kneaded pizza dough, specifically this brand, in many years. Tryna get back into the art of pizza making & had some troubles this evening with kneading. I still feel like no matter what I do it's not coming out this way you show. This is how my pizzas looked many years ago but tonight was a struggle. Thank you again for this video brotha! ~Kyle aka ZPopz from SoCal
Practice makes perfect. Just keep doing it and it will come out the way you like it. Watch what I do in the video and you will get it right. Just need to do it a few times. Thank you for watching!
I have the dough sit there for about 30 to 45 minutes. It needs to be close to the room temp before i start to work on it. Can't stretch cold dough. It will break on you and stretch unevenly.
Thanks for sharing. You certainly are comfortable stretching the dough.
Worked at my dad's pizza place as a kid. Lol

Thank you Sarah. Practice makes perfect. Lol
What's the temperature of the dough? I don't have success with cold dough. It's very rubbery, so how did you get yours to be this thin?

Do you prefer the herb and garlic dough or the regular?
I liked the garlic version a little better.
