Your elephant looks really great so far Terri. Glad you are back doing podcasts again 👏. Good to hear your plans & can’t wait to see the monkeys tomorrow too. You are so adventurous with your projects that you are taking on for 2025, & now doing two temperature blankets 🤩. Good on you as that means we will have so much to look forward to. Cheers till tomorrow ❤️👏💕😍🤗🥰
You just gave me an idea, thanks, going to do mine for year 2016, the year my husband was going thru glioblastoma. It'll make me feel like his arms around me again. He passed in Jan 2017!
Your elephant is looking good. I can’t wait to see him finished. You have lots of projects to make this year. I’m sure you will tackle them all and finish them. Stay warm. 🧶💜🙏🏻
I've had a busy start to the year, so I've decided to go back to FIF in February. I have enough things to work on with my MALs & CALs & other WIPs I'm still working on during January. We had a very special time hosting my grandson's 9th birthday here on Jan 7th. I'm still in recovery mode & didn't crochet the past couple of days.... too tired. I'm looking forward to getting back to crocheting soon. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Hi Terri, miss seeing you daily. Was good to see you and see what you’re working on. I’m stash busting making beanies. Love it. I’m going to Joann fabrics tomorrow and getting my yarn for my temperature blanket 😊
Hi Terri, the elephant is going to be so cute. Just nipped over to the website and found the cute unicorn pattern that is perfect for one of my granddaughters birthday in March. Happy January. xxJane 🐑🌼
Hi, Terry. It's good to hear your voice. I've missed you I got used to hearing from you everyday. Wow, that is ambitious 2 temperature blankets. Good for you and I am excited that you are working on elzo, the elephant, he sounds complicated. I love hearing about all your projects and upcoming plans. See you tomorrow.
Your elephant going to be so cute and love the color we had lots of snow fall Tuesday and Wednesday about 8 inches and more Friday another 5 inches it’s Thursday when I seen your video
It's good to see you again! Glad the monkeys are nearly done! Hubby and I recovering from the dreaded C-virus. First time for us. We're on the mend, thankfully.
I keep wanting make a temperature blanket. I should just make one. We have very cold weather here. I can use shades of white and many shades of blue for the winter.
My temperature projects don’t take long at all. My temperature snake is 12 sc each day, the basket is 3 sc and a bobble for each day, and my cross stitch is 30 stitches each day. There are 3 rounds on the snake and 3 rounds on the basket between months. Also the basket has 32 bobbles for the temperature months, so I will have extra each month. I only work on the basket and snake on Sundays.
Oh my goodness, are you talking about the mile long blanket? I tried that one year, and I made sure each strip had the same amount of stitches, and they were all different lengths. It was very frustrated. Good luck I can't wait to see that blanket.
