James Chappell conducts the Count Roger Band on the occasion of the consecration of the new altar marking the elevation of the Collegiate Proto-Parish of St Paul Outside the Walls in Rabat, to the dignity of Minor Basilica, on the 20th September 2020. The hymn composed specifically for this historic occasion, Templa Templi, is played as the basilical cross is illuminated for the first time.
