Water -1/2 glass in tea cup(if its too dry later u can adjust with tamarind water )
Bafat masala -1.5 tblspn
Onion -2
Garlic -10 flakes
Ginger -1inch
Bay leaf -2-3
Green chilly -1
Tamarind -1/2 lemon size in 2 tblspn water
Cloves -2
Cinnamon -small piece
Salt as per taste

Do u mean bafat powder?
For 1kg pork -3 tblspn i.e 6 tspns
So 3.5 lb means 1.4 kg approx.
You can add 4tblspn powder
i.e 8 tspns
