No complaints from me, I have just been reading some of the comments. I understood perfectly.

I really like this star block. No Accuquilt for me--but I see the appeal. Just not willing to make the investment given my eclectic approach to quilting. But I do love to make the split rectangle with my split rect ruler (different brand). To save time on the cuts (no matter which ruler that you use) cutting them from rectangles to and then subcutting with the ruler saves all the ruler rotations. These acutely angled blocks allow for so much visual interest.

Oh, Kay! This is beautiful! I think I finally understand the quilt! I've wanted to do this for several years. Now I need to find more background fabrics. I think the Robert Kaufmann, Klimt fabrics that you encouraged me to buy in November will be my darks, but I need some lights! I guess tomorrow is a Linda Z's day for me! I can't wait to get started! I know it will be so much fun! Thank you.

Thank you Kaye! I found your TH-cam this morning after purchasing the Beyond the Qube Pattern from Quilt in a Day. I just purchased the Spikes and Peaks book and can’t wait to use all of these new patterns with Accuquilt!

I thought I had heard you say something about projects and was wondering if you have a 2nd Facebook group? This was my first time with your video and I was thrilled to see you were using the 8” cube. The only cube I have.

is there no way to do traditional method for this pattern?

It could of course be done with templates but I don’t have them for this. It’s a pure rectangle so if you drew a 2/4” rectangle and drew a line from corner that’s your template and add 1/2” all around. Most things were templates first.

Where do I sign up and pay, please.

There is no sign up or charge - just order the book on kaye england.com and you'll be ready to go. Please join our facebook group Patchwork Staycation (free to all) and you'll see posts there. You don't have to buy the book and can watch all the videos and techniques but to execute the patterns you would want the $5 pdf download..... Otherwise please enjoy
