Конечно же мои поздравления! Я сам собираю древний Рим. И находил тоже. Большая к вам просьба - не протирайте серебро перчаткой, на монете остаются мелкие царапины...

What a lovely Marcus Aurelius denarius! The bust on this one was struck in very high relief, a great coin.

Hi! I just stumbled upon your channel and I am absolutely amazed at the beautiful things you find! I can't imagine detecting where there is such history. I'm from a small town in Pennsylvania and I get excited to find a 1950 penny! Haha!

Hello, thank You for kind comment, regarding the finds, well Croatia is right in between Roman Italy and ancient Grecce and also was on the border of East and West Roman empire so it is not wonder that there is a lot of history here being in the middle of one of the greatest empire in history and close to the 2 of biggest civilisations of antiquity.. Glad you like the content and wish you luck in finding some historical items, all best to Pennsylvania!

Great finds from these Roman fields! Hadrian AE as with short obv inscription, rev. COS III (Salus) is an issue of AD 126-27 according to the new edition of RIC. By the way, 3:25 is indeed a base billion nummus centenionalis of Constantine I, vota issue of Siscia mint, 1st officina (ASIS*), AD 320-21. Fantastic condition that lovely Aurelius denarius! Rome mint, TRP XXIII = AD 168. The Ottoman silver akce reads "Qustantiniye" (Constantinople, now Istambul) but I cannot make out the emperor. I have just published the video commenting on the photos you sent me but unfortunately TH-cam subtitles system went crazy so please wait until I can solve that issue I will email you when subtitles are ready for you to watch! Congrats on these wonderful Roman finds!

How do you find so much roman silver?!?!? That's so cool. I have a spot in which I go detecting for roman coins, most are in very bad, unidentifiable condition, but only once had a Domitian denarius and Ottoman akçe coin from 1430~. I'm from Bulgaria

The find of nice roman coins happens to me mostly in spring when the fields are flat as carpet just before seeding, those are best conditions for detecting, so no wonder that I have the best finds in the spring.. In time the number of good finds will rise, just don't give up!

Sadly it is not, You can see it by the bust of the emperor, even though coins from that period can be mistaken for each other.. here is example of the coin wich I found in the video: www.vcoins.com/fr/stores/harford_coin_company/183/product/roman_empire__marcus_aurelius_denarius_ric_222_170_ad_salus_reverse/601145/Default.aspx
