I have an addition to your little fanfiction. While dining at the club, Aziraphale meets some radical suffragettes and gets roped into helping out with some acts of domestic terrorism to promote the cause. Crowley bails him out of jail and then has a minor identity crisis over the fact that causing chaos (his personal MO) might actually be a good thing.
We all know that Crowley was right there handing out throwing bricks and encouraging all the chaos, while Aziraphale was like... "I could thwart this... but then I couldn't go to those restaurants."
Okay, so Bernadette put up her final 1890s pinstripe suit video, and someone commented underneath that she looks like the Crowley to Nicole's Aziraphale, and YES, I am OBSESSED!!!!! I love this finished look so much!!!!!
I love the velvet wasistcoat, it looks wonderful! Not Nicole shoving a whole tart in her mouth and then smiling gleefully into the camera! I cackled :)
I love how the end bit with clips from your trip actually looks like Aziraphale attending a women's club. You absolutely nailed it. Also very happy to see that Abby finally got the chance to wear that beautiful hat she got from that millinery shop for the cruise, but couldn't wear then because it was too hot for hats.
These historical Cosplay reveals are always so delightful, and this was no exception! I’m dying to see what Crowley’s 1890’s new woman persona would look like now too, I might have to sketch that out sometime XD This was so good, you even got Aziraphale’s mannerisms down perfectly, let alone the clothes and shoes and wig and hat and AAaaA
@@littlekreeper8918 yes, I have seen her video and I really like it, but I have something a little bit different in mind. It will be similar in structure though. I am sketching right now. When the illustrations are complete I will upload them and will update here :)
Wonderful! Not only is the ensemble exquisite, you seem to be projecting Aziraphale's personality. I hope someone shows this to Michael Sheen! I think he'd appreciate it.
Heavenly! I think the cravat is a great match and looks wonderful with the waistcoat. I like to think of this as the 'as new' version of the waistcoat that Aziraphale wears before he has rubbed all the velvet smooth where he has buttoned it for a century (which is one of my favourite costume details from Good Omens). Also, the amount of joy in your videos is just so wonderful. Thank you.
If season 3 of Good Omens doesn’t give us Aziraphale presenting as a woman I’m going to be so disappointed. Thank you so much for this delightful cosplay.
Those wings on the pup 😍 and the awkward way you were sitting there! Just perfect! The outfit turned out amazingly and i would love some advice on how to get a jacket to fit properly. I have my natural waist directly under my bust due to scoliosis and struggle to get a suit jacket to look presentable and not like a toddler in dad's jacket lol
I know I'm a bit late to this video, but I wanted to join everyone in saying how wonderful this whole series is. This outfit is just, so Zira. I'm sure you didn't know this when choosing to do this project, but Oscar Wilde (who we know Aziraphale was friends (or more) with) was actually very passionate about women's dress reform. When he was a child, two women working in his household had their skirts catch fire while cooking and they either died or were seriously injured. I've heard that his wife Constance was something of a pioneer in women wearing trousers to events. So if we say this is pre-1895 (NOT a good year for our friend Oscar), it's possible our favorite angel got fashion tips friend his friend, which is why this ensemble came out so well!
Delightful! There was a moment where you're standing in front of the green background off to the side and I could just envision a Crowley new woman standing next to you. I wonder who would make a most mischievous foil for your Aziraphale, though?
Bernadette Banner just released a video of a Victorian Lady three piece suit. Methinks I smell video footage of Crowley and Aziraphale frolicking in the future ;)
It's wonderful! It looks beautiful, fun to wear, and makes you a very recognizable Aziraphale. I still love the head cannon/fan fiction story to go with the outfit. Hope you get to wear it again soon.
Absolutely splendid!!!! And the shots that show you from the chin down especially sell the idea that this is aziraphale - the whole look is amazing but your face really doesn't look all that much like his. Love the way you incorporated some of his mannerisms too!!
Your mannerisms are wonderful for Aziraphale! The Crowley wings on Baily Sent me. A pocket watch! Or at least the chain. 😮 Tea looked like fun, you look Amazing!
I’m just fully OBSESSED with all the details in this! Your love of Good Omens really shines here along with (obviously) your hella exceptional craftsmanship! Also the comedy of you nomming that whole tart during tea is 11/10 XD
Oh, Nicole :) a delightful + glorious outfit that changes the wearer + delights the audience. Thanks 4 taking us with U. I think Ur dog took one look at U in costume + said " who is this lady?". 😂 Ciao Amore.
My absolute favorite of all the details are: 1) the extremely pleasing way the cravat and jacket lining harmonize, 2) the BOOTS!!!, 3) that absolutely perfectly crisp pleating on the hat band decoration. Really lovely work.
Not only is every piece of that outfit stunning, but you managed to carry yourself with the same mannerisms as Michael Sheen as Azeraphale! Simply stunning!
Two very common expressions, "Murphy's Law" and "Make It Work!" matched with the skillset of Nicole and a temperate yet problem-solving nature equated to an ensemble that is such a standout. My favorite is the coat as I am always affected by excellent tailoring. I intend to use Nicole's phrase that, "all cosplay is a work in progress" at future con's. It is a positive affirmation of the whole process of dressing up or dressing differently. Anna Wintour should save a ticket for Nicole Rudolph for the 2024 Met Gala as Nicole ALWAYS researches themes and history.😉❤👼
Thank you so much for being transparent, and letting us know about the obstacles you had with your timeline! I think that showing people how to learn to pivot, and adapt when problems arise that are beyond your control, is an important skill to cultivate, and not often something often emphasized by other cos-tubers. I think that it's important to show, that no mater what your level of creating is, sometimes adjustments have to be made due to unforeseen factors. I love that you emphasized that everything is a work in progress, and that things can be added, improved, or replaced at a later date, rather than giving up. Love your work here! Thank you for your channel!
Wow! Amazing how it's all come together! All of the little details really give it that extra special something. Thanks so much for sharing the finished outfit with us!
While not intended as such, Bernadette has just completed an outfit that would work beautifully as a lady Crowley to your Aziraphale. Your breadth of skill and knowledge, from tailoring, to boot making, to reblocking hats, and the myriad of other things you do, never ceases to amaze.
So lovely! I’ve never watched the show, but appreciate your attention to detail, and I feel like I know something about the character and program now. Thank you! Brava, bravissima!
I had a package lost in Memphis in February. It got reshipped and I got the new one in a month. Last week the original package showed up! It was beat up but fine, so there’s hope for it to come eventually!
Inside of me, there are two wolves. One watches your videos and wants so badly to attend such events and get all dolled up and accessorize and be stylish. The other one hates traveling, and will commit crimes if I wear anything other than sports bras, tank tops, and stretch pants. Much like the forces of heaven and hell, they are in an eternal struggle. Jokes aside, your outfit came out wonderful! I think Aziraphale would be chuffed, and happy to talk about fashion history all day.
I think the jacket is the most iconic piece and really makes the while cosplay shine. Generally speaking I greatly admire your skill and persistence with tailoring clothing, something i am doing my best to get better at. I also think you really conveyed Aziraphale's body language, and your dog is best Crowley ❤😂
Thank you so much for including the charming look at the event with all the beautiful outfits and everyone having their English tea in an elegant arena. I adored the outfit - especially that coat! Though the waistcoat is nipping at the heels for my next favourite.
This outfit came out beautifully! I've watched the "making of" videos for each individual piece and am very impressed by the grand reveal! I love your explanations of what and why you make the choices you do for your projects. Since my eyesight has been failing, I live vicariously through you!
It's been such a pleasure to watch all of this come together, and to see the final result in movement out in the world--with friends. I think that's my favorite part. Outfit-specific, I think I most enjoy the waistband details of both the breeches and the skirt, in function and in fabric selection. Very satisfying.
Even having seen everything get made individually the whole of the ensemble comes together to be so much more than the sum of its parts. And you looked like you were having so much fun embodying Aziraphale! Amazing
Your final shot on the victorian couch with your doge and the blk wings! ~ Classic! TY as always for sharing your art! TY TY TY ! (after 2 weeks of non stop work I finally got to sit down and watch you!) TY
What a treat to see this gorgeous ensemble come to life! Also, I know you said you wouldn't be making a video on the shirt, but it would be insanely appreciated. Particularly the buttoned collar piece, what I would give for that pattern.

positively exquisite speculation. i love that ❤
I love that. And i think that, deep down, Crowley would be quite proud if Aziraphale got arrested for civil disobedience...
We all know that Crowley was right there handing out throwing bricks and encouraging all the chaos, while Aziraphale was like... "I could thwart this... but then I couldn't go to those restaurants."
