I feel like having Uncle Atom in would be a fun guest. I think you guys could really have a neat interaction talking about gaming and how is painting relates to it.
I think the way you do the podcast is great, you say you feel bad when you go into it without much prep, but that's when it's the most organic and honest
Congrats on 2 years! love the current format (including topic selection), listening to you guys chat casually about a 'light topic' (one that may not have had much thought or is too intense research) is great! No need for big hot takes every episode, currently feels more like a hang out as opposed to a lecture/debate
Hey guys! I got into this hobby for the community and how it brings people together to see one another's unhinged passions and creativity toward certain IPs or genres. Whether that be the building and painting side, terrain making, or gaming and strategy side - everyone's take is unique! Every other Monday, we get to hear you guys have a hobby hang out for us, but... what if you had one with us? Every month or so, you could host it on a platform like Zoom or Google Meet, break up all the Dew Suckers into groups of 10 or so for us to just vibe and hobby together. You two, as moderators, could pop in and out of groups to chat and see what we're working on and share what you're working on too. Maybe it could be a Patron-only even to help with numbers or another tier or something.
Tough to grow no doubt. But your content is consistent as hell and that's the BIGGEST achievement for reals. Growth happens when the infrastructure is sound. And it is. Carry on my wayward sons.
as always i love each of you guys as personalities and i listen in order to hang out with you guys as people. the topic, or the "quality" of the content, doesn't make me more or less interested. i don't feel any more or less excited to listento/watch an episode based on how deep, insightful, or well researched it is. i just want more of it, and want you guys to be happy and excited about it, whatever makes it less stressful and more rewarding for you guys, thats what i want to see
"doing more research things would be a big benefit" I don't care one bit, I like listening to you two goofballs chit chat, and talk painting and tendies. (if you are dying to try out some research-y things might be worth a shot? who knows)
I find myself smiling and laughing every time I tune in, my hobby mojo is amplified when a new episode comes out! Y'all have great chemistry and I enjoy listening to whatever you have to say. Congrats on the 2 years, it's been a journey!
Pod cast and Paint together for TH-cam: same models big armies content for both and less fretting over topics. Just Riffing while painting. Jon's passion for painting and Scott's passion for gaming is such a great combo. Congrats on 2 years!!
Great works guys, thanks for hanging out for 2 years with this. This is part of my hobby hang out time. My best hobby buds live across the country from me and I haven't found anyone in the local area that's as into mini painting as I am, so you guys help fill that void :) Tell Ben that yes, there are others of us out here that hear his cries and we are hard at work on our GD entries for Adepticon ;)
My favourite part of the podcast is the preamble ramble. A 1 hour podcast of which it's mostly preamble ramble and which also includes a 'what we painted/made' etc along some news is all that's needed. The hobby and painting content we get from your videos so it's cool just to see you both chill and shoot-the-breeze. I think then the podcast would feel tighter and more energetic. (just my 2 cents and others may/probably think differently)
Guys... I’ve been listening since Deafening Roar and I can honestly say that the topic of the episode doesn’t matter overly much, as long as you guys are cracking jokes throughout the topic then even if it isn’t a topic I am particularly interested in then I’ll listen for the entertainment value. I’m here for the personalities... One thing I do think is SUPER IMPORTANT is that you guys should spend more time talking about what you painted.. I feel like you guys wash over that section in a rush to get through to the main episode of the topic. When in reality that section is THE MOST RELATABLE. Hearing about what you guys have been painting up in the past few weeks, hearing the specifics about your colour choices, techniques used, areas you struggled with, quick recipes for painting an area such as a leather that works with a red cloak for example... all little nuggets of info like that are INCREDIBLY helpful and interesting to hear. More often than not, there will be ONE little nugget of info that just one person finds useful for the project they’re currently working on, and if that’s the case then that’s incredible. Please guys, don’t slack on the “what we painted” section.
Congrats on 2 years. I listen mainly for the interactions. I like the intro, the preambles, and then what ever topic you have decided that week (day prior/ hour before), to scratch the itch of wanting something that requires a deep dive I would suggest laying out your year on a calendar and spit balling a topic for each quarter that requires a deep dive. At the start of the quarter talk about how each is looking to attack the topic, if the topic is no longer interesting or you have already covered it “pivot” to a new topic. That gives you 3 months to break the research up and still leaves you 5 shows to discuss the projects you released since the last episode. I really enjoy hearing the behind the scenes what you learned (Jon’s random 3 paint project). Your individual videos are great teaching tools, this is the discussions of how you did it, that is the interesting part mixed into two friends goading each other.
Congrats on two years! It's been a year for me personally and I really enjoy the content. Here's to at least SCHFIFTY-FIVE MOAR EPISODES. Enjoy the break and come back slinging paint!
Scott and John, congrats on hitting this milestone. When it comes to hobby content, you guys are among my favorites. I've been a Miniac sub for a while, and subsequently subbed to John's channel and TUP. You are truly one of the top things I look forward to every other Monday. Cheers, and wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
Happy Birthday TUP! Love the show and I listen while doing my woodworking! You guys have a great chemistry together that I’ve enjoyed ever since “Drunk Mini Painting” (which you should do another). No matter the topic, it’s always a great listen and a lot of laughs!
Congrats on 2 years guys! I love the podcast as is! The little segments at the beginning and a topic for each episode seems to be working. Maybe a suggestion would be to speak to a couple new people to the hobby (Scott had a video where he sat with some new painters) and ask them what got them into the hobby and how their painting skills have progressed. The quick mention of the sound effects reminded me of the Always Sunny episode when the gang started a podcast
These podcasts both you fine gents make help motivate me to paint for sure. Painted 3x Imperial recruits for Elder Scrolls: Call to arms. Very digestible while painting.
Hey guys! I'm thrilled for your second anniversary ;) I've listened to all your podcasts and think you have hit the winning formula. The content is good and I really enjoy the natural banter you two have. As background, my hobby friends are more into the gaming part (and nobody has sufficient time even for that) and listening to you two is my virtual hobby friends' chat as much as good info.
Honestly, this is where I get to have a "hobby hangout". I live in a place far, far away from everthing, I have no one to share the hobby with. So I turn to you, my goodie PPs, and you be the goodest of them PPs fosho. Also I feel like Scott is being too much of a perfectionist when it comes to the podcast, obviously striving for better is never a bad thing, but you dont need to feel bad about something you do or not do in the podcast, cuz you know, its quite enjoyable, and without a doubt, anything can be improved, but think of it like this: would you rather have an unpainted mini, or a decently painted mini? of course, the better the paint job the more joy it brings, but you gotta stop at some point depending on how much you can invest into the mini. Same for the podcast, I say for my own enjoyment, I really am happy with what this podcast is. It may not win a podcast award if such a thing exists (?) but in the end the reason you should be making these is to enjoy it among the two of you and the rest of the audience, the PPs like myself. And on our part, we do enjoy it :)
I appreciate more effort in “videos” that you both do, that really makes them worthwhile chunks of time for me to invest in watching them. This podcast, though? I turn this on in the background for some laughs and random info, and I’m not sure I would notice a difference if you put more effort in or planned out the script more carefully. Y’all are awesome. Do what you need to do so that you can feel as happy with what you’re doing as we all are with what you’re doing.
The podcast gets me in the mood to hobby, I'll put it on before I start, whilst ill get domestic chores out of the way, by the time those are done the podcast has got me thinking about hobby and I cant wait to get into painting, while specific topics are great, at the same time the rambling is enjoyable to listen to haha
The Magnus Archives, horror stories that will leave you looking over your shoulder and jumping at shadows. Great production value and original concepts.
I enjoy both of you guys, that's why we listen. I'd be happy with more preamble ramble. To make your distance issue better is there a halfway point between both of you guys where you could get a space rented, maybe even get your hobby/ house back.
So to be honest I prefer the podcast over both of your guy's individual channels. I have learned more from the podcast listening to it at work (I am a painter by trade so ironically I learn about painting while painting) than watching your videos. The naturalness of the podcast is what keeps me around to finish it AND rewatching/listening to episodes. The dynamic of you two is entertaining and educational at the same time but it doesn't feel forced or scripted.
Hey guys, thanks for another awsome episode. I just want to highlight what Jon talks about from 51:15 to 1:00:20 This resonates with me a 100% and I just think you should know that. For me it reallt is how Jon describes it there. The release of a new episode is always a highlight of the week. Even the things you guys say you dont think is interesting for us to listen to actually is both fun and interesting. You are a great duo and the only podcast I listen too. I have tried others that may have interesting content, but it is delivered in such a stiff or boring way that I dont make it through the episode. In this you guys excell with your humor and relaxed atmosphere.
I think it would be fun to have Kenny Boucher as a visitor on the podcast. He has been in the youtube game for a while but it feels like he is not that close with the rest of the miniature painting youtubers.
I'm just here to have fun and hang out, I don't care what the topic is or how much research has been put in. However! Obviously the best way to keep this podcast entertaining is just if you guys follow your own passions and improve and adapt it in the way that inspires you to keep going and trying new things. Love the podcast!
Your "shrimpything" is one of the best things that happened recently. I took it to work and now we are talking like shrimpydishes, shrimpylamps, etc. Best thing is no one understands me anymore :) Greetings from Shrimpmany!
This is actually one episode past 2 years...season 1 ran 27 episodes and the bonus episode. I know cuz I've watched them all. You guys are awesome. You guys could sit there and talk about the subtleties of the variation in the grey color of the bare plastic and I'd listen to the entire thing. Keep going. Do this forever. I so look forward to Mondays, and while I'm sad there won't be an episode for a month I'm excited to see what both your channels and the podcast gain from that extra time put into planning.
Love your banter =D Don't stress to make it more "professional" - is quite wonderfull as is. From my somewhat limited view experience - your only regular section seems to be a little section about what you have done with your hobby the last two weeks and a small running mountain dew-sucker joke. Right now I'd say You can add more about your experiences during the week: Not just what you painted, but what you learned, what you tried that did not work hobbywise. Any new STL/models you really liked, a bit more about your printing part of the hobby... Talk about kickstarters or patreon releases that you enjoyed. Talk in details about the games you played, did you have a strategy in the game that worked or failed spectacularly and why? Talk about your favourite paint or conversion job you have seen since last time. Talk more about content of hobby-videos you watched. (In this you quickly mentioned Goobertown's video of how his work week is... more of stuff like this) Find ways to involve your viewers more. Add a segment to talk about patreons' finished projects - minis/scenery/paintjob/conversions/modelling/army composition etc. Eons Of Battle has a section that just lists up with a brief glimps - which would not work for your videos since yours are podcasts - you would really have to be descriptive - pick one or two patreons contribution and talk indepth about it.
This is probably going to be scatter brained, so bare with me. I like the topics, but I also really like the "hobby time with friends" side. I enjoy listening to the crazy stories about how Scott painted 500 minis neon pink in an hour or Jon took a hobby break and went on a tendy slaying spree. And since this is really a solo hobby it's nice to hear other people talk about things and have a good time through the lense of us all being sprue nerds even if not really related. As for ideas, I think an in depth topic could be cool but it wouldn't need to be every episode. You could alternate. And ultimately do whatever keeps you guys interested in the podcast cause you guys enjoying yourselves is what makes the podcast great. So for Scott, when I found your channel I went through and watched all the videos I was interested in or thought looked cool, and once I did that I went back through and watched every single video you had since I was caught up even if it wasn't related to me because I liked the personality behind the camera and it made those topics interesting and brought your perspective to things. A similar thing with Jon, but I didn't have a back log with Jon cause I was subbed since the beginning. But even if jon releases a video and I dont really care about the model he's painting or what thing he's trying, I know it'll be a good video because I like jon and the perspective he offers and you guys care about the stuff you make. So along those lines I think it would be interesting to have a cool movies to watch segment or games to try like, Scott have you seen psycho murderer xiii? Or jon have you you played Dota 3 I've been playing the crap out of it. Or even what would mini games of those be like. Cause I mean, you know, we are all nerds here right? I dont know it sounds good on paper. Good mythical morning isn't a podcast but literally every episode they rotate what that topic is sometimes it's, will it tendy, or or tasting paints from around the world. And there could be a segment in the podcast that rotated like that and just keep the rest of it the same or rotate in and out of a topic vs in-depth topic, vs like stories or something. I don't ever why I wanted to mention the Friendship Onion, but there's a podcast for you Scott. The sales pitch is, it's literally a podcast of Merry and Pippin talking about crazy stories Billie an Dom have from being actors or being in Lord of the Rings and obviously they feature a lot of lotr stuff in it since it's their reputation. And they have a random segment ( this is why I mentioned it) where they literally just taste weird foods from different parts of the world. And it's not related but you came for the personality and for the lotr stuff and now you get to enjoy those two. It's a ride. Lol and it's pretty cool if your a lotr fan especially. I think you guys do a good job and it's always great to watch you guys. Even if I'm not interested in the topic or did agree with you guys I like to watch any way, another way you could look at it is it gives people something else if they aren't particularly interested in the topic. Though I will say other than the friendship onion and tup, I don't generally listen to podcasts, so you might need some salt haha. Any way I think you guys are doing a great job even if you don't change anything at all. I wonder if you could add something in a patron tier to help raise money for a.. Director/editor/orgamizer thing? That way you could jump start having the money to pay for someone like that. If you're lucky you could get a Stevie like gm xD Cheers, guys. Can't wait for episode S3E1 ^~^
My podcast suggestion is The Cutting Mat podcast. It started out as a Gunpla (Gundam Model) podcast but it turned into a hobby motivation and theory podcast. It's goofy but it has definitely got me out of a funk or two and the hosts seem like friends that I would meet at a FLGS. They also have a side series (same podcast feed) called Premonition of Paint about mini painting. I occasionally re-listen to TUP but I constantly go back to The Cutting Mat.
I think it might be more interesting that instead of one topic you have to stretch out over the course of a podcast that you take questions every two weeks on your patreon and answer the most interesting ones (that are related to the hobby). You end up touching on a bunch of topics of varying seriousness and impact each episode. The questions would be superior in that they can be very specific to a certain person's issues or could cover the entire hobby ecosystem like the current topics do. It also makes the podcast easily cut up into clips afterwards, you can choose a title with the most heat based on the X amount of questions, and you get to engage with more people every episode. Just a thought! Either way, love the poddy!
I feel that you are on the right path. having a topic is interesting but to make our hobby time enjoyable that topic don't need to be about painting. lets say on one episode you talk about your favorite tv shows, or about your old jobs... Talking about other podcasts, I really enjoy listening to Ear Biscuits. Its about two life long friend talking about life for a long time.
People are tuning in because of your friendship and talent. It doesn't matter what you are talking about, as long as it, at some point, loosely touches on mini painting. Check out 2 Bears 1 Cave. Its basically a blending of Jon and Scott's podcast idea's in a podcast about comedy (Two talented buddies loosely riffing topics, produced by a group of employees).
Okay so for watching your pod cast to following Scott pre-swag. I can say I honestly enjoy 2 main parts. First listing to you two chat back and forth with that energy makes me wanna paint minis, not even the topic just your combined passion makes me want to find more hobby time. And secondly when you both get on to a brain teasing topic it’s something as someone who hasn’t spent a ton of time in the hobby makes me stop and think and often I feel you guys get there organically. Sure you pick a topic as Scott like but you both come to some very organic thoughts. And I’d love to see you guys pick apart a mini you both painted. Like a similar bust or model.
I've seem painters paint bits still attached to sprews, I wonder if a wall of painted but intact sprews would be a cool idea. I'd paint one to send in for sure!
Don't try to be like other podcasts. I worry that if guys try to be more "formal," it won't be the same podcast. One of the reasons I have always enjoyed your video/podcast, it's like watching your friends having a conversation. It's the banter you two have that makes these videos/podcasts great.
Podcast recommendation Stuff you should know - Discussion on an introduction to a large collection of topics. From science to folklore to piece of history
Organizing! I started watching a couple minimalist youtubers, not to become one but to see how they organize crap, Dana K White has some great videos on organizing. I has been helping me for sure to get better organized!
Happy two year! Watch if you dare is a smaller horror movie podcast with two hosts that are friends that joke around and I feel like matches the atmosphere you two give off that Scott would enjoy.
I have a question I'd like you guys and the community at large to discuss: IF mini painting is art/painting in 3D, is it disingenouous to paint with a specific camera angle in mind? There could be very interesting arguments for either side... Keep up the good work.
Listening to you is like listening to the dialogues of a Tarantino film, the topic can be a cheese burger, and this will be enjoyable and entertaining as if it were a high subject topic :)
Have you guys considered doing virtual podcasts every other week? You could cut down on travel and have more prep time for those talkier episodes, vs in-person weeks where you could have guests/have more goofy in-person antics and focus on more cooperative projects. Love you boys, thanks for all the entertainment! PS: Where the eff are the Goodie Peepee shirts!?
I think a low hanging fruit to try would be set a deadline to pick the topic several days before recording. That way even if you don't spend time sitting down to prepare, you will still know the topic and might think about it a bit in the shower or on a dog walk and show up with slightly more developed ideas. I like the mixture of serious hobby discussion and goofing off. And some variety is nice, so it's good to have some episodes with more serious, thoughtful discussions, and other episodes where the topic discussion is a bit light. It could be fun to once in a while (like maybe 1 in 5 episodes?) pick a topic that requires a bit of research and prep. While listening to the last episode on tips to go from beginner to advanced, I was thinking "this is actually useful and important, I'm gonna need to listen to this again and take notes." I usually don't think that while listening to this podcast and that's fine, but it's also nice to once in a while get into that sort of stuff.
If you could incorporate painting minis while discussing literally anything, I think that would be fun to listen to and watch how well can you multitask answering questions and painting.
I don't watch every episode and fully listen to even less ... the ones with more "information density" (aka researched) are the ones I tend to finish more often. But your charm come from you guys doing what makes you happy, so carry on and see where you land. As far as other Podcasts go - Singled Out. Guildball, Brits/Scots, lots of banter. (salespitch, 2 commas!).
Wow, nice size comparison on that small model. Looks like it's about as tall as a keyboard key. A thought on the full armored model; could go further 2 tone with the helm. Kind of like how the face plate piece in some samurai art gets used as an accent color. Seems like having some set of topic for an episode gives a promise that at least some part of it is going to relate to the hobby. Also incentivizes a bit more of a discussion and thought about it. Hearing more about hobby topics fires off more thinking about the hobby and so more doing of it. Also introduces to more things than would normally. Seems like how on/off topic you go gets you the buds talking part of the blend as well. Also it's enjoyable to hear when you're thinking your way through things because it's not done just for presentation. A possibility for topics could be after a session you have a list of topics entered into a system. Then it randomly picks from the topics to give you one. If you like it you go with it; or maybe it provokes one you'd like. Otherwise could to another roll of the random to hit something. That way you pre-load into the back of your mind something to think on.
Personally I would like to see you guys doing a deep dive with some hobby adjacent types like model makers, diorama builders, etc. That could have some interesting results.
Spray painted sprues or plain? The painted sprues could be the letters in a sea of grey! Also you needs hands reaching out from the sprues. Maybe cast your own hands/faces buried underneath..
Just throwing this out here as well. Maybe the dream will become reality. Trapped Under Plastic vs Paint Bravely paintball match crossover. Or, you know, just a 4 man podcast extravaganza. That would work, too.
I would love for you to talk about other Miniature companies more outside of GW. Yes, GW is the biggest name in town, but a lot of us don't paint or solely paint GW. Not all miniature painters stay in the fantasy/grim dark worlds. A prime example is your current tangents on Ice & Fire. It would be nice to see Historical miniature companies get some exposure as well.
I used the Vallejo Color Shift paints for my demons, all of the demons for my army are only shift paints *except for their bases* to give them an otherworldly look!
I love your show, don’t care about the topic. I would watch you two just talking shit for hours. Makes me feel like I’m hanging out with some friends .
There are plenty of podcasts of people blabbing about nothing. I listen to these podcasts for painting techniques because I put paint on my brush every day and believe in the continual pursuit of excellence.
My recomendation, TRAPPED UNER PLASTIC. the pitch" Tendies, Dew, and goodie P.P.s For real though my rec is The miniature podcast done by Ryan The Useless Wizard. Its mostly an interview podcast with some great guests, some big and some not as well known. But I really enjoy it. Also he has a glorious beard.
I have 2 very different podcasts but it can give you a good idea of what some different types of podcasts are like done well. The first is a loose d and d pod cast called dungeons and daddys. It's made by the rocket jump creators and is done amazingly well as a listening adventure. Start at episode one. The next one is a science and communications podcast that has been going on for 20 years and is a good step to listened to people that have polished their style called skeptics guide to the universe. Start anywhere but the newer stuff is more up to date
This topic is like when it was Friday night in 1998 and you turned on your favorite tv show and it was one of those crappy clip episodes that just show highlights from previous episodes.
I think I enjoy the podcast most when you two are just riffing off one another.
It’s a great episode if Scott engages his unhinged laugh.

Congrats on the 2 years, it's been a journey!
Holy crap.
2 years?
.......still haven't finished my Ork army.
Wait, we can finish armies?
I haven't even started.
Same...
Grats on 2 years. You two hanging out, talking hobby, is why I watch/listen.
The Don listens to the podcast. Happy 2nd year fellas!

Scott and John, congrats on hitting this milestone. When it comes to hobby content, you guys are among my favorites. I've been a Miniac sub for a while, and subsequently subbed to John's channel and TUP. You are truly one of the top things I look forward to every other Monday. Cheers, and wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
im here for whatever you guys wanna do. this is the best podcast for the hobby. period.
Happy Birthday TUP! Love the show and I listen while doing my woodworking! You guys have a great chemistry together that I’ve enjoyed ever since “Drunk Mini Painting” (which you should do another). No matter the topic, it’s always a great listen and a lot of laughs!

This GOODY PEEPEE DID A RATHER SPASTIC HAPPY DANCE FOR YOU TWO HOBBY GIBLETS! Congrats on 2 years of great content! Here's to many more years!
These podcasts both you fine gents make help motivate me to paint for sure. Painted 3x Imperial recruits for Elder Scrolls: Call to arms. Very digestible while painting.
Congratulations on 2 years, here’s to many more!
Happy 2 year Anniversary, guys! Your podcast always makes me want to stop doing my job and paint some minis.
YEEEESSSSS FRESH CONTENT, WHAT A MONDAY MORNING IT IS ❤️
The episodes are best when you're both having fun, regardless of topic.
Holy tenderinos, 2 years already?!? Well congratulations, and here's for another 2 years *cheers*
I just enjoy listening to you guys, no matter the topic. Keep on trucking and all will be well
Hey guys, thanks for another awsome episode.
I'd recommend cutting mat for podcast. Really a dope podcast about painting and building hobbies in general.
Best thing is no one understands me anymore :)
Greetings from Shrimpmany!
Congrats on the second anniversary!
Been listening since day one, here's hoping to years of podcasting to come!
Love your banter =D
Don't stress to make it more "professional" - is quite wonderfull as is.
From my somewhat limited view experience - your only regular section seems to be a little section about what you have done with your hobby the last two weeks and a small running mountain dew-sucker joke.
Right now I'd say You can add more about your experiences during the week:
Not just what you painted, but what you learned, what you tried that did not work hobbywise.
(In this you quickly mentioned Goobertown's video of how his work week is... more of stuff like this)
Find ways to involve your viewers more.
That opening “trapped under plastic” from Scott sounded like the lead singer from Swashbuckle. Happy Monday TUP day! Grats on two years🤘
I think it might be more interesting that instead of one topic you have to stretch out over the course of a podcast that you take questions every two weeks on your patreon and answer the most interesting ones (that are related to the hobby).
Trapped Under Plastic: The Miniature Painting Buddy Comedy for the Hobby Enthusiast
Thanks for the great podcast and congratulations! Cannot wait for 3rd season!
Keep doing what you are doing. It will evolve naturally and I love it!
Podcast recommendation
Stuff you should know - Discussion on an introduction to a large collection of topics. From science to folklore to piece of history
For Resin printer exposure settings temperature has a big impact on how long you need to expose for. It will need more time in a cold environment.
Two seasons and Scott still doesn’t have a full army painted lol! I believe in you man. You can do it !
TUP RETROSPECTICUS! Also, I wanted to get one of those Warhammer Weekly mugs the moment I saw it.
I have a question I'd like you guys and the community at large to discuss:
IF mini painting is art/painting in 3D, is it disingenouous to paint with a specific camera angle in mind?
There could be very interesting arguments for either side...
Keep up the good work.
Many paintings are painted with specific viewing angles in mind. e.h. Hans Holbein's The Ambassadors. Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper.
The Gatorade bottle front and centre really does it for me haha
Gonna need 3 years of hobby podcasting there boy-os!
You guys are my Monday saviours.
I don’t know what exactly it says about me, but I heard Lakeville and gagged a bit.
Cheers to two years!
Love Jersey Mike's. I'm so motivated to paint now.
For Duncan’s stuff. As a Color blind guy that. Step process is wonderful
Rent a space together that is half way between you two maybe near at local hobby spot to take this to next level Scott.
Preamble ramble definitely my favorite part
Ah this podcast really fires up my hobbying mood!
TUP Tours, Do a podcast/shoot from local game stores.
Good timing, I need something to help me get through painting Skaven tails.
For real, where is that castle in Red Wing you were talking about?
Goddamn Scott and Jon I just threw away like 200 sprews a few weeks ago... lucky I have tons of minis left to paint over the next couple of weeks
You should do news after preamble ramble. I like when you end after the topic discussion
Lore podcast with Aaron Mahnke is a must.
My recomendation, TRAPPED UNER PLASTIC. the pitch" Tendies, Dew, and goodie P.P.s
For real though my rec is The miniature podcast done by Ryan The Useless Wizard. Its mostly an interview podcast with some great guests, some big and some not as well known. But I really enjoy it. Also he has a glorious beard.
I knew keeping every single sprue I ever used would come in handy eventually.....
Theres a podcast called Draftsmen here on TH-cam where they talk about art and being creative etc. Its really good
I have 2 very different podcasts but it can give you a good idea of what some different types of podcasts are like done well.
"OFFICE LADIES" Podcast. Yw 😉
Also congrats on 2 years!!
@ Scott: Podcast suggestion - TWIS (This week in Science). Almost 850 weekly episodes, 3 main hosts, sometimes just them, sometimes guests.
This topic is like when it was Friday night in 1998 and you turned on your favorite tv show and it was one of those crappy clip episodes that just show highlights from previous episodes.
