when you heat curd, it will curdle. The only thing you can do it to put some binding agent in curd before heating. like any flour. you see that's why we add gram flour (besan) while making khadi. but trust me you don't have to add any thing in this recipe other than boondi.
+Lraka Tyara boondi is that yellow granular thing which Sanjeev sir put in at last. It is made from salted gram flour slurry. Just search on TH-cam I'm sure you'll find it's basic recipe.
