How to Get Beyoncé’s Body | Cassey Tries Celebrity Workouts

  • Today I'm putting myself through a Beyoncé total body workout! She's such a fabulous, confident QUEEN that is not only gorgeous, but also incredibly STRONG!
    Her routine was developed by her personal trainer Marco Borges and you can find the entire thing here: www.popworkout...
    Beyoncé's workouts focus on Power Moves. This means you'll be moving all 4 major joints at once (Shoulders, Hips, Elbows, Knees). The idea is that by moving all major body joints, you are working out faster and smarter. You get more done in less time! Beyoncé typically does this workout every Tuesday and Thursday!
    The Moves (do 12-15 reps of each, and do 3-4 rounds)
    1) Squat and press
    2) Reverse lunges
    3) Single Leg Pelvic Thrust
    4) Pushup into side plank
    5) Cobra Planks
    6) Reverse Dips
    7) Pike Pushups
    8) V-Ups
    9) Heel Touch Crunches - side to side obliques
    10) Straight leg crunches
    11) Bicycle Crunches
    You can do this workout at the gym or at home with my equipment free modifications! Have fun!

    I feel embarrassed to say this but I really truly thank you so so much because I used to weigh 63.8kg and went down to 56.7kg because of your exersices and that is huge for me so.     The thing about doing the workout over and over again is your body gets used to it so after a week of the same workout you wouldn't see much of a difference..
    You constantly have to change up what your doing.. like the Blogilates February Callender don't have the same workout days on end lol.

    Beyonce also used to run outside while singing (I think she still does in a more private place) which gives her that overall body as well as that stamina when she's singing and dancing at the same time.

    Guys keep in mind Beyoncé also in corporates cardio into her routine for fat burning .
    the workout you guys are watching is circuit Training which is for toning you can still lose weight w/ this Bt if you want there full effect of workout try to add some cardio maybe like HITT a few times a week.
    Beyoncé’s cardio is kinda extreme Bt you don’t have to do it the way she does tho esp as a beginner 😉

    That was great! The hardest for me were the V-Ups and Pike Push-ups. Had a hard time getting my head to get that low with the Pike Push-ups. And my back completely off the floor with the V-Ups. But I did enjoy the whole workout. And i'm a good sore now.

    Pike ups are freaken intense at 13:40... In addition, when performing V-ups, you stretch your legs apart. Your efforts, which are very important to me. I sincerely appreciate your assistance in helping me reduce this much weight, and I'll keep working out. I appreciate you giving me motivation to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.

      Don't give up! This video is really hard! Even after the beginner's calendar I couldn't do all the videos on the monthly calendar either. I started with 3 videos a day and worked up to the 5. You will get stronger!
