Love it! There's definitely a demand for more nuanced garden tools these days...glad to see folks serving the need

It really helps to see the tool in use. I have used a larger broadfork and it wasn't enjoyable. This tool looks easier to use.
I trust your recommendation and appreciate the demonstration. Thank you.

I use my garden/potato fork for these sort of jobs but always break the handle from pressure. Usually doing things it was not intended for. This looks perfect for the things I would need. Thanks for the review and the shout out to an American company.

American designed and small, ethically produced it seems. I love supporting companies like that. More expensive but this tool should last me until I'm too old to work with it!

I am so gonna weld one of those up. Should be badass for working raised beds.

Nice review. I've tried to pick up a broad fork, ooo, heavy. I'd like this one better than bf.

I love my broadfork as well, but this tool is a real perfect nitch tool between broadfork and garden fork.

The medowcreature broadfork tall is a indestructible beast.

What advantage would you say a broadfork has over this tool? I'm in the market for a broadfork and am now wondering if I might want this instead. Thanks!

I use a 14" broadfork to loosen the soil in new beds before I deep mulch them. In this situation the ground can be pretty hard and pulling back on the handles is not easy. My broadfork handles are as tall as my chest and the long length gives extra leverage. I would say a broadfork would be better for you if your ground is hard and as of yet unworked.

Broadfork is excellent for breaking new ground, decompacting really hard soils, and having better leverage. This tool excels in smaller/tighter spaces or where detail is needed, or for lighter soils / smaller person.
