Hey!! Congratulations on new bike. I think you will enjoy it immensely. I've done 400+ mile day rides on it and wknd tours on it of 1000+ miles nvr a problem. I've changed the seat and I put Wunderlich marathon screen, handlebar risers, oil & radiator guards and adjustable foot pegs. Makes the bike that much better. I retired from NY moved to SC so I know about nice weather. Riding in December is lovely lmao. I live about an hr away from Wunderlich USA in NC so that's like my one stop shop. Enjoy that bike. Wow, your first European motorcycle. Nice. You manage to keep some gods ones, at times I wish I had that discipline. I’ve had my share of BMW motorcycles and will attest to their reliability, just keep within service interval and enjoy the comfort of the 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty and if she’s good after that then consider keeping her. I generally sell or trade them before have. Really premium motorcycles. Enjoy.
