CHECK OUT MY REVIEW ON THE DEWALT TI BAUER BATTERY ADAPTER th-cam.com/video/zXiuc6pcXbU/w-d-xo.html
I love Bauer and Hercules tools. Cheap tools for the diy jobs.
Yes yes yes I totally agree with everthing. And give a small pice of 3/4 pvc a try to connect the upholstery brush from the other vacuum.
I have all the Bauer cordless impacts, 2 drills, rotary hammer, mini saw, orbital sanders, power ratchets, and now I’m trying to figure out if I want the 7 gallon or 3 gallon cordless vacuum. So far I’ve been extremely impressed with all Bauer products. Also been slowly switching all the batteries to 5ah. I like the smaller packs too, because they charge in a hurry especially if you need one quick. I have a load of the red top quick chargers. Come to think about it. My old batteries have lasted a real long time. I’ve never had to replace one. I just add to them because I always need multiple batteries.
I have the handheld vac and the 3 gallon and def like the 3 gallon better although I won’t lie after I got home and saw they had the 7 gallon I might have wished I got that one too lol
@@TOOLMANTIMSWORKSHOP lol maybe you should grab one. I’ll sub just to see if you come out with any updates.
@@thomasstrickland0 appreciate it so I’m a Canadian and we don’t have harbour FREIGHT so I have to wait till my next trip south of the border on April :)
I had a got a dewalt one at a garage sale after I had this and I did a comparison. I though the bauer one was a lot better then the dewalt.
The hose goes under the battery holder. Same as my Hercules dual power vacuum
Good review subbed!
Great video Tim. I might give it a try.
As a serious DIYer I've come to really like the Bauer line. I'm probably forgetting a few, but I have the 10" chain saw (love it), oscillating multi-too, 1/2" hammer drill, 1/4" impact, workshop blower, 4.5" angle grinder, string trimmer, right angle drill, hand vac, shear shrubber, and compact light. I wouldn't buy the hand vac again, but I've been happy with everything else.
I'm trying to decide on a wet/dry vac to give to my son-in-law and I'm not sure if I should get this cordless one, or the 7 gallon, or the 3 or 6 gallon corded one.
I like this one pretty good, now it’s not the same as a corded shop vac as it’s slower than corded but for me the convenience of not cord is worth the slight longer time cleaning out my truck
I have switched to the HF Hercules for all my Pro Tools due to HF stellar Warrant, but looking into Bauer for my Yard Tools because of price and selection.
I love the Hercules warranty but with the Bauer I will need to get the extended warranty maybe!!! most Bauer tools Rate very will, and the price is so damn good. In one of my reviews I gush all over the Hercules Warranty, I just Love the no questions asked, and In-Store Returns.
Great Review, answered all my questions, and I feel you were fair and didn't go off in the weeds about silly stuff, many reviewers forget the whole ROI for these tools, and in my opinion, comparing these tools and Price to other Low Price tools, Bauer wins Hands-Down.
Thabks man also I love your user name fits in around here really well
Just got one. Great suction, portable, good price. Got batteries on sale and a charger.
Yeah it’s not bad at all. I was at harbor freight the other day and realized they have a larger cordless vac I didn’t see last time :)
Thanks for yet another great review...! I have one as well and refer to it as my "DeBauer"... And the reason for that is, like you; I use an adapter along with my awesome DeWalt batteries in it...! I love it...! Would also like to have a brush attachment, so please update us if you find one that you'd recommend...! Peace out...!
I was standing in HF for like 20 minutes trying to decide between this and the Hercules one. Ultimately bought the blue one since it had the additional 120 ac cord.
I originally wanted the Hercules, but didn't want to pay $90 (plus another $100 for a battery and $45 for a charger) and wondered if it would ever go on sale. I didn't like the edge around the dust bin that will trap dirt when you go to empty it. The Bauer doesn't have it. Then I saw the cfm rating is a little higher on the Bauer. Then I decided I really didn't need the 120v ability. Then I saw the Bauer 8ah battery for $99 + free 3A charger deal. Then the Bauer vac went on sale for ITC members for $55. The one thing I prefer about the Hercules is the nice big rocker switch.
That's a good price too!!
you can wrap / extend the hose under the battery holder on the vac.
It looks to me like the hose goes under the battery slot so it wouldn't roll over the handle. But thank you for this review I think I'll be getting this
Run the hose under the battery holster.
I’ll give that a go
Also its on sale for $54 rn
The hose is a grower, not a shower 😜
A Canadian stuck on 69 likes. Would you like me to take one for the team? It's bad luck to break that barrier. I will, with your permission
