He did his research and talked to personal trainees about this fasting and diet and took every precaution and found alternative ways to stay hydrated without drinking water. While I understand people being worried cuz water is indeed a necessity.. you can still survive without water you know? He’s only fasting/dieting for a day or 2 and just when he feels his abs needs to be defined. He doesn’t do it ALL THE TIME and when he’s done, he goes back to eating sweets, good food, and water. He really is good and taking care of his health and body, pls trust him more when it comes to these kinds of things. I understand it can be worrisome, but like I said Hongseok does he research and knows his limits.

He keeps on reassuring us that he’s okay and healthy in his vlives and TH-cam live-streams and you can clearly see he’s been eating really well this past 2 months. Not drinking water or eating certain foods (or at all) helps the muscles stand out more. I'd rather he be hydrated and see them less prominently. It's not good to work out that hard and not drink water.
