For $30-$35 msrp (I'm assuming msrp at least) there should've been gadget parts that can be swapped out. At least a hand out of the hat to hold the magnifying glass. Im shocked they didnt do it.

I'm surprised there isn't an articulated action figure of him. This looks like it could be something NECA could pick up and do.
There is. Blitzway and Tiger Toys have made them in the past
Not to mention, Bandai/Galoob did a full-on Gadget figure back in the day. with retractable legs, neck, arms and accessories to plop onto his hat.
