I could not screw the new connection in on backside of pump. It would start but pop out after starting with wrench. I had to back out the whole fitting then screw it on to the new swivel nut then put it in the back of pump. It went in a lot easier. I had a tough time but got it.
@@HisKingdom-s8z you took out the fitting that the hose connected too to screw it on the the hose on the back of the pump? I've been trying for 2 hours and can't get it for nothing mines not even lining up it's going in crooked
@@swagbucksman34 I loosened the 1" fitting using a breaker bar then backed it out without removing it completely. I was able to get the hose fitting started by rotating the big 1" fitting counterclockwise slightly while turning the hose fitting clockwise. The hardest part is getting that thread to start.
On the top hose just cut the metal hose into and use a socket to take the top nut off .its a little faster the old hose is no good any way so just cut it. PS. NOT THE NEW ONE . just the old one

Crow's foot works as well.
Ours for some reason keeps getting cross threaded, we’ve tried 4 times and it doesn’t work. Keeps leaking all the fluid out. Any tips or tricks?
