McMuffins ... Sausage vs Bacon !

Ingredients
-Bacon egg McMuffin
4 pieces of streaky bacon
1 egg
2 slices Colby cheese
tomato sauce
sriracha chilli sauce
1 English muffin
-Sausage egg McMuffin
2 pre flavoured thick beef sausages
chilli flakes
1 egg
2 slices Colby cheese
barbecue sauce
1 English muffin
Method
For the bacon egg version simply fry off the bacon and an egg in a fry pan. When the egg is cooked place 2 slices of cheese over the top and melt. While that is cooking cut an English muffin in half and place in toaster until slightly browned. When muffin is ready lay down some tomato and sriracha sauce base then add the bacon, egg and cheese.
For the sausage egg version slice your beef sausages in half long ways about half depth and butterfly open. Season with dry chilli flakes and cook in a pan medium heat. Cook the egg and muffin as above but use barbecue sauce as a base this time.
