I was told that I should terminate my pregnancy and that Ivanna's chance of survival and being healthy is one in a million.

@Wanda Romano You're just another idiot that always has to say something but in reality doesn't have the smallest idea about the topic.
Way before creating humans animals and others, God created the base system of life with laws and rules and everything. The end goal for humanity is not a maximum 100 year life which is tiny in the universe's scale, instead it's the aftermath which is eternal. Humans are hence brought to this world to be tested which one of them will be the good and which will be the bad ones.
Back to your point, the example of babies who unfortunately didn't survive premature births are those who earn the best of the aftermath (they are lives that haven't had wrong doings and sins) so in this perspective even though they lost this world they undoubtedly won the better one, and in the other way served as a test for their parents if they can hold on or will they just like you insult God, the ones that survive are again starting their life and will be held accountable for their lives, and in the other way they serve as a test for their parents especially, will they be grateful to God for making it happen or will they just become arrogant and forget every good deed.
With all that being said, the biggest test that God has created for humans is making such things invisible to us, hence harder to believe, and that's why the aftermath is indefinitely times either better or worse. There are many things that we know exist but never seen them but people like you just have a problem admitting to God's existence.
My advice: Before you insult, or give a negative opinion about something no matter if religion or other topic, just learn and understand it before rather than making a fool out of yourself for talking nonsense, in this case i'd suggest you to read about religions especially Islam which has the best explained concept of God where many atheist scientists have been proven wrong and have embraced Islam

My daughter was born at 24weeks 240grms . Perfectly healthy today aged 20
My son was a preemie. Earlier tests showed he would have spina bifida. He was born with no spina bifida, no breathing problems. Just small. Very small. He didn't weigh 5 pounds when we were finally able to take him home. He is now a strapping young man, 22 years old and about to be married. He was always on the honor roll throughout school. So smart. Don't let anybody ever tell you what your child will or will not be able to do or achieve. Miracles happen every day,

My cousin Elizabeth was born at 23 weeks and 5 days. Her body was so small that my Auntie could fit her wedding ring around her entire leg! She stayed in the hospital for about a year before finally going home. There were so many bumps in the road, but Elizabeth is now 8 years old and a completely healthy girl! There are still some things she struggles with, but we couldn't have asked for anything more! My Auntie completely turned her way of life around to help better take care of my cousin, and now a days Elizabeth doesn't have to take any more medication. Last year she was even cleared for flying in a plane! She is truly a miracle baby, so I can definitely understand all the heartache that comes with having a baby born so early. I'm so glad Ivanna is healthy!

My now 6 year old daughter was born at 27 weeks weighing only 14 ounces at 410grams!!!! She was the same size as this little one! She had so many obstacles and was near death hundreds of times. They said if she did survive she would have a horrible life. Wellllll, Delilah is about to be in 1st grade!!! She is completely healthy!!! I relate to this video and story so so well. Brings back so many memories. There was only ONE doctor of hers that believed she could make it! And she surprised EVERY person working in that NICU. MIRACLES HAPPEN! GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS!! awesome my son was born at 32 weeks and in the NICU and at 1.8kg he was the biggest baby in there, there was a baby girl also born at 24 weeks and she was tiny but was a fighter, she was born 80 days earlier and after a week my son was ready to be transfered out and back to our town's local hospital and the two babies even rode in the same ambulance together and were at teh same hospital, we met her with her parents two years later and she was so happy and healthy

My baby was born in August 2018 at 26 weeks with 803g, I can't believe today I have her with me. It took me 40 days to hold her because she was very sick but kept on fighting until she made it. Hope Ivanna is still fighting her way into this world.

Соболезную Вашей утрате!!!😢 Я сама на 16 неделе ,первая беременность, я даже не представляю как Вы это пережили 😟. Дай Аллах Вам терпения! Будут у Вас ещё детки и не один!!! У нас медицина такая лишь бы побыстрей все закрыть и по бумагам отчитаться ,не все конечно, но есть экземпляры. У меня у самой гинеколог даты перепутала и отправила меня на скрининг ,а когда я пошла сказали что уже поздно что то смотреть сроки прошли. Конечно за границей медицина на уровне ,что там говорить!!!

My son was born at 24 weeks as well. Let's just say I prayed a lot, and GOD showed me mercy, my son survived when the doctors didnt think he was going to. They prepared me for the worst. My son was supposed to be handicap due to the bleeding in his brain. He had caught staff pneumonia, along with so many other things. There were so many odds stacked against him and I believed that GOD would heal him and save my son. This was in 1995, and I was 16 years old. Fast forward to now and my son is over 6 feet tall and weights almost 250! GOD is good! You would never know he was only a pound and a half before,
Miracles are still happening today. May her story reach the masses.

Not upset I was doing multiple things when typing this. Sorry for the typo guys. But I had three preemies. One born at 26 wks. One at 27 wks. And my last at 29 wks. Let me tell yall something...... preemies are freaking fighters and survivors!!! Have trust in God and just simply make sure your by your baby every chance you can. Touch your baby when your allowed, talk to her/him. They hear you. When your able to do kangaroo care.... skin to skin contact omg take advantage. Preemies come into this world fighting for their chance and never stop!! God bless all the preemies around the world.
