GREAT stream guys! That SMWS 22 year old sounds amazing. I may have to buy it - not least of which because I also love the name "I Drambled Lonely as a Cloud." Wordsworth's "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud" is an all time favorite poem of mine. I first read it at age 15 or so, and it's always been a special one for me. Cheers Roy, Ben, Scott and Bart.
UPDATE - I did in fact just order one of those 9.157 I drambled lonely as a cloud! I have a birthday coming up in a few weeks so I figured a little "treat yo self" was in order. Can't wait to try it.
Best thing I was ever bought was my membership to SMWS . Total blind tasting and no brand loyalty have enhanced my whisky journey . No 9 is a fantastic distillery to visit ,stunning gardens .
If you don't reveal the distillery, how do you know I'll like the whisky after the purchase. There are certainly some distilleries I prefer over others. I would not be to happy spending a few hundred dollars on a bottle, only to find out its not a distillery I particularly enjoy. I always want to know what distillery I'm purchasing from. I would think the majority would agree on that?
Visited Edinburgh this year and absolutely fell in love. What a city!
Great review! I really enjoy SMWS bottlings
It's great to follow this epic journey a week later!
Thanks Roy for virtually including us in these adventures. Will have to watch this later. Cheers
