Well, she's already cute in English with her weird mannerisms, I'm sure she'll find a way.
Pretty sure she's conscious of what makes it cute, her pronunciation during songs is normally spot on so the accent is deff done by gura on purpose.
@@MrSnrSquishy Pronunciation and accent are two different skills though. For songs you can copy what you've probably heard multiple times. Making or repeating a phrase you can still have a strong accent with very good pronunciation.

I wonder if part of the reason Okayu liked the line so much is because the word Gura used(招き) is unusual to use for "invite" (it really more means "to beckon") but it's associated with cats because of the "maneki neko"? (The statue of a cat waving and holding a gold coin that, in the US, we often see in Asian restaurants)
Basically, Okayu would have known what Gura was trying to say and found the unintended pun extra cute
