I had a membership at planet fitness, I didn't like that place because of cable weights.... The best one I went to is called access fitness in Bozeman Mt, a 90 dolla holla for 90 days.... I started out with 95lb bench press got up to 145lb press lol
@@NotAChild6 yeah I was doin 100 navy seals which is 300 push ups a mile high in elevation under 40 mins before that ... I got to Bozeman actually got 100 navy seals 4 10 sets of ten which equaled to 700 push before commiting to the gym.... Ashjer probably can knock out navy seals
@@TheRealOrbit909the 30minute cardio is overkill for warmup Usually 2-5minutes is enough to increase blood flow And even that is overrated I have not used any cardio machines for warm up for 2years and I don’t have any injuries And for the stretching Static stretch is counterproductive for weightlifting gains But dynamic stretches and maybe some mobility work are really good to open up the joints for reasons you mentioned And then the most important warm up Is doing the exact exercise you are about to do with lighter weight
@bahandplays8373 that's what my buddy told me he went to the joint, 30 min on bicycle is what I did every time, thou get my legs in decent shape.... I liked skull crushers work out .... Weight lifting is something I want to get back into as well.... I actually did this routine at planet fitness lol.... Cable weights suck YMCA is legit
How do you guys make progress in the nightbase? Compared to the Home village I don't make that much Progress in the night Village and its demotivating. Do you guys have some Tips?
Ab day is the worst, literally had to roll out of bed for a week because i did it wrong or my body wasnt used to it and decided to unlearn how to use them
Physical activity will make ANYONE feel better that doesn't already do it. Maybe not the gym, but something requiring physical exertion will do the same trick for ya brains

Stretch first, hit the elliptical for 30 minutes get your body warmed to avoid unnecessary muscle strain and bad tearage, then lift weights....
