      Yeah, but we have heavy metal for kids too. The point is maintaining the will of the good.

    Us Metalheads arei in general considered to be relaxed , calmest ppl. The music is a release of your inner agression and anger. Actually they have döne a study of the matter and found it to be true

      If you want to relax you should listen to power electronics, death industrial and harsh noise wall.
      Metal isn't good for that.

    Raskasta joulua is a heavy metal christmas song tour every year here in finland. Extremely popular. Big metal singers of finland, and a little bit from elsewehere too, perform.. You should react to it! :)

    Oh come on now.... Calling metal "satanic" is so 90s... Like... that's 30 years ago!

    • @AHVENAN
      @AHVENAN 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      90s? I'd say 80's but sterotypes tend to stick with those unfamiliar with reality

    • @CorporalCookie
      @CorporalCookie 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@AHVENANI'd say 70s, leading into early 80s. 90s was already past the "satanic panic".

      @@CorporalCookie I think it matters on the country, in ours highly christian country it's still seen that way sadly :(

    There is also the Wacken metal church. You should check Tarja's performances there.

    This was an excellent video for you, as you seemed to have some preconceptions of heavy metal. Thus, it must have been an eyeopener for you.

    when I was a kid(in Sweden), and christian, I went to see lots of Chistian hardcore and heavy metal rock bands! They were great and shaped my music taste I have today, but it's less godlike now lol. The musicians in my homechurch even was pretty great! We had concerts both in my own church and also in collaboration between other churches and youth camps.

    Dunno about Helsinki but I don't think Metallimessu (Metal mass) is and active church. Rather it is a sundat cermon that tour churches. So we don't have a church that plays metal. But we have a group that hosts masses in which they play metal.

    Of course this is in Finland, THE country with the most metal bands per capita in the netire world!
    The whole metal music and satanism thing is based almost entirely on stereotypes, only a very small fraction of the metal community and metal music has any real links with satanism, only certain genres, alot of genres cover much lighter and happier topics or adress serious, "dark" topics from a unique angle.
    Also, the people who love heavy metal are not angry, evil or anything like that, in fact, in my experience, the nicest people you will ever meet are metalheads! Just look at the statistics of music festivals, which ones have the most problems with violence, alcohol, drugs, rape etc? It's not the rock and metal festivals, it tends to be the ones that offer a very mixed line-up or ones that are exclusively for other genres like hardstyle and so on!
    Some of my best memories are from metal festivals!
    Metal offers a unique outlet and a way to release all your aggression and frustrations in a safe and controlled way, much more so than alot of other music genres, there have actually been official studies done that confirm this as scientific FACTS
    Depnding on who you ask, some pople will tell you that there are literally hundreds of different sub genres that all fit under the "umbrella" of metal, it is without a doubt the single most versatile music genre in existence

    Well, thx for your open Mind! Satanism, Helldevouring, the Devils Sing- I bet you guessed it already- are not invited by Metal Musicians or their Fans. Surely Metal got his Blockheads, just like Ska, Punk, even Popmusicians go racist or blasphemic, but the Numbers are pretty equal imo.
    The Pommes Spoon, like many Metalhads call it, goes back to the Singer Dio from Sabbathg at that Time.His Grandmother, uses that Sign to def off the Eye of Evil/put it on an Evil Doer, so its more or less just the Opposite, of what its claimed to show. Medias , what else to say.
    There is just an interesting Interview with Dio from the early 2000´s i think its quoted complete in Wikipedia on this Matter.
    Were Metalheads are commonly more öleanback in nomral Life, we let our negative Energy in the Music , at least my Expirience of 55 life yrs:)
    STay healthy!
    Metalhead, Frankonia, Bavaria, Germany.
